For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Maja's Hut - Fairy-tale time out in the forest

Majas Hütte is a former hunting lodge in the middle of the forest, which has been transformed into a cozy nest. The small wood-burning stove in the rustic room with kitchenette generates cozy warmth, while a second stove in the bedroom ensures a feel-good atmosphere. From here you have access to the terrace, where you can enjoy the first rays of sun or the moonlight and starry sky. And if you are patient, you may be rewarded at dusk with a visit from deer, foxes or rabbits!

Almhütte "Almbrünnerl" auf der Raffner Alm – Ruhpolding Die gemütliche Almhütte „Almbrünnerl“ auf 1000 m Höhe, direkt am Waldrand inmitten des Wandergebiets Unternberg, bietet auf 30 m² alles für einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Sie verfügt über eine Küche, einen Wohn- und Schlafraum mit Doppelbett (180x200), TV, WLAN, einen Nachtspeicherofen sowie Dusche/WC. Genieße die überdachte Terrasse mit Eckbank und großem Tisch. Die Hütte ist ganzjährig mit dem PKW erreichbar.

Whether hiking, mountain biking, skiing, or simply enjoying the peace and quiet and the stunning views, our cozy cabin offers a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a wood-burning stove, and impressive views of the Kitzbühel Alps.

Kitzkopf Hut

The Kitzkopf Hut is a cute little mountain cabin with lots of Tyrolean charm and no frills. A large wood-burning stove fills the entire room with warmth and genuine cosiness. Two double beds and one single bed (bunk) can accommodate up to five people. There is running water and electricity, a small kitchen and a bathroom with a (hot) shower and toilet. At the Kitzkopf Hut, true holiday dreams come true. There is no Wi-Fi, but a direct connection to nature.

Crispy cottage in nature, close to Salzburg

The Knusperhäuschen is located at 700 meters with a view over the Salzachtal, about 5 km from Golling, 25 km from Salzburg. Nestled in nature, in beautiful scenery. A small B&B is next door. You'll love the place because of the healthy wood construction, the tiled stove, the quiet location, terrace, a fantastic view. My place is ideal for couples and guests traveling with their pets. There are many hiking opportunities and attractions nearby.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

Small, cozy one-room hut in Mittersill

Our small, cozy one-room hut can accommodate 3 people, shared hours and evenings. With the wood-burning stove it gets cozy and warm. A large corner bench with table, bunk bed, and dresser are also in the cabin. Barbecue right next to the cabin, water right at the cabin at the fountain trough, electricity is available. The outhouse is a couple of meters from the cabin, an outdoor solar bag shower is available.
