Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Use the time for yourself and make your vacation the most beautiful time of the year. Our house is located at 1300 m near the forest. In winter, the ski slope passes in front of the house, and the lift goes up behind the house. In summer, we are a little hidden and can be reached via a short gravel road. The parking lot is right in front of the house.

The Wichtelhütte accommodates 4 people. Thanks to its unique location at the edge of the forest, the property is perfect for enjoying and relaxing. The cabin features 3 single beds and one double bed. After a wonderful day in nature, you can relax in your very own private stainless steel hot pot. In just a 5-minute walk, you can reach the Plattnerhof, where you can enjoy a farmer's breakfast upon request, use the wellness area, or visit the many animals.

Crispy cottage in nature, close to Salzburg

The Knusperhäuschen is located at 700 meters with a view over the Salzachtal, about 5 km from Golling, 25 km from Salzburg. Nestled in nature, in beautiful scenery. A small B&B is next door. You'll love the place because of the healthy wood construction, the tiled stove, the quiet location, terrace, a fantastic view. My place is ideal for couples and guests traveling with their pets. There are many hiking opportunities and attractions nearby.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

The Lengalmhütte 2 for 2 to 4 people with its own sauna is located in Lengdorf (Niedernsill), a few minutes from Kaprun. Lengalmhütte 2 features a sauna (outside), a terrace, a fireplace, a seating area with a sofa and a rocking chair, a flat-screen TV with Netflix & Amazon Video, Wi-Fi and a bathroom with a shower, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, stovetop, kettle and coffee maker.
