The apartment is located in the heart of Loma-Koli. There are several skiing, cycling and hiking trails nearby. Koli's ice rink is almost next to the cottage and the top of Koli is about 15 minutes away. Koli National Park landscape has been described as the most beautiful in Finland, and there is plenty to do all year round!

The clean 21m² studio is located on the edge of the park in a quiet cottage of Niinivaara. However, the building is located on the same property as a single-family home completely separate and with its own entrance. Alapihan Arboretum guest house with sauna

Cozy guest house and sauna in a wild tree species park. There are about 250 different species of woody trees and shrubs in the two-hectare area. The trees were planted in 1970 and form their own microclimate, where the air is clean and good to breathe. The area is still partly in its natural state and renovation is being done in the area.
