Villa was build 1999-2000 as a second home from the family with basic facilities criteria for everyday living. Basic principle was to have a place to calm down but also a house for remote work in home village. Place is pretty nice on top of the hill, scenery is wide almost all over ... tens of kilometers. Modern two room apartment in the third floor of the apartment house build 1930, full renovated 2005. The house is located very close to the lake Höytiäinen. This location offers a peaceful environment for the fried of nature, but also lot of possibilities for different activities direct with a few steps from the house. The is only 100 meters to the beach. In front of the house are passing the nature and mountain bike –tracks witch turn in the winter as a cross country ski trail.

However, if needed, linens will be arranged from the home you stay in.

The cottage is located on a small dirt road, in complete privacy. Koli National Park is about. 30min drive, Höytiäinen Beach is just over 2km away.
