Holiday rentals with beach access in Johns Pass

As it says in the listing, the room itself is small, but there is a large closet and many shelves and drawers to put all your things up and out of the way. The balcony is quite large with a nice view. we didn't cook, but it appeared there was enough supplies to do some light cooking, and a full size refrigerator. Plenty of bath towels, toilet paper, trash bags. Al checked in multiple times which was nice, I don't typically experience that from hosts. The motel itself was also nice, pool was great, Tiki bar, the beach entrance, nice staff, all great. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay again!

Our stay was great! We were able to check in earlier than 3 PM which was great and Anna was super responsive. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all! It only took us about 5 minutes. Everything is very walkable and there are plenty of restaurant options within minutes. Would definitely book again!

This place was perfect for a weeklong getaway for two! The location is absolutely perfect being 30 steps from the beach! It is also located right in between North Beach and Clearwater Beach, so you get the best of both worlds. This worked well for us as we like the restaurants and shopping that Clearwater Beach provides but love the relaxation and peacefulness of North Beach. The room itself was very clean and well set up for two travelers. The king bed is truly comfortable. Mike and Alex have a lot of beach accessories that they provide as well, such as beach chairs, a cooler, towels, etc. which was extremely convenient for us as we flew in and could not fly with these items. They also have fun miscellaneous stuff like boogie boards, volleyballs, and even a fishing rod! The kitchen has everything needed to cook. Parking on the island is extremely limited so having a dedicated parking space was absolutely amazing! We can't wait for our next trip and would stay here again for sure!

We absolutely loved our stay at Scott’s place. The condo was sparkling clean- I am extremely picky about cleanliness and was not disappointed. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated all of the beach gear Scott had available for use. We loved the location and the view from the balcony is unmatched. Scott was quick to respond with the minor issue we had at check in and quickly resolved the issue. We had the best time and will definitely be back!

Had a great time staying here! We can for a long weekend and Lara was super helpful to accolade us for showing up early and wanting to get our beach vacation started! The until was so cute and perfect for 2 people. The beach is literally steps from your door. Made it easy to go back and forth if we forgot something inside or if we needed to take a couple trips to get all of our beach gear set up. There wasn’t a ton to do near on treasure island so we took a quick 20 minute uber into St. Pete’s which has so much to do, great restaurants, and awesome night life!

I absolutely loved this little apartment. The location was great. It was extremely clean. She allowed me to check in early. She had extra toothbrushes and toothpaste. It had an amazing view of the water. I will definitely be back.

Meryem went above and beyond to help us with our accommodations. When we arrived in Treasure Island after flying in from PA - we found out that the place we had originally booked was no longer open and they hadn't told us. We were stuck for a place to stay. After reaching out to Meryem - she had a studio cleaned and ready for us to use for the week within a couple of hours. She was super friendly and went above and beyond to help make our stay wonderful! We will absolutely love to stay at this property in the future.

We have stayed at Lisa’s place twice. It is our home away from home in Florida. The house is perfect for a family stay. The beach access and walkable restaurants are so nice. When someone says “are we booking THE house?” They mean this one. 10/10.

This home was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It is within walking distance to several shops and restaurants. We would gladly stay here again if ever in the area.

The location was perfect, with John’s Pass & Boardwalk as well as the beach within walking distance. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Jada and her property highly enough. She was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

This Airbnb was amazing! The house was clean and well organized. Ruta thought of everything from kitchen utensils and cookware to recreational games and equipment. There were plenty of chilled waters available to us in the refrigerator as well as extras in the garage refrigerator. The rooms are very spacious. The beds are extremely comfortable and complimented by multiple choices of pillows and blankets. The pool area is very nice with clean refreshing water and an intimate setting. There is plenty of living space to spread out as well as a game room with a pro-sized pool table. There is a variety of card games and even a poker set. Additionally a pack and play is provided by the host. I would definitely book this home again and will refer it to friends and family. Ruta really thought of everything.! 🤗🎊🥳🙌🏽

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, just a quick 4-minute walk to the beach, which made it so easy to go back and forth throughout the day. The host provided beach chairs and a wagon, which were incredibly convenient. We also really appreciated the hose right outside the door to rinse off sand before heading in. Communication with the host was excellent—quick, clear, and helpful. Overall, it was a smooth and relaxing experience. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beach getaway!

The home was beautiful and spacious. It was so relaxing to just hang by the pool or enjoy the outdoor amenities. We frequented a near by ice cream shop that was walkable called “Rita’s”, totally recommend. The host was so sweet and accommodating. I highly recommend this home. It was also just very few minutes from the beach!!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Eric’s Airbnb! Eric was extremely helpful and made the whole experience smooth and welcoming. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Treasure Island Beach, which made it super convenient for our family. We also loved how close it was to shopping and some unique local restaurants. The place was affordable, clean, and exactly what we needed. We definitely plan to return and will be booking this exact Airbnb again!

Condo was very nice, beds were soft and comfy! Balcony at night was wonderful to relax can hear music from the bamboo garden across the way, or sit out there and watch the sun come up and enjoy your coffee. Stores close by. beach easy access. pool is a tad small and was a bit cold but the kids loved it! Family friendly condo/area.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo in Madeira Beach! The unit was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable and right at home from the moment we arrived. It’s clear that the owners take pride in keeping the space in top condition. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, and other local amenities. We loved how convenient everything was, which made it easy to enjoy the area without needing to drive much. What really stood out was the flexibility and understanding of the hosts. They were accommodating and allowed for a couple of exceptions that made our trip much smoother and more enjoyable. That kind of hospitality goes a long way and made us feel truly welcomed. Overall, a great experience—we’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and welcoming stay in Madeira Beach!

Just as advertised. Beautiful condo that had everything you needed. The location was perfect. With easy access to the beach and pool area is everything you could ask for. Watching the sunset from the gulf facing balcony was AMAZING!!! We would certainly comeback and stay there again. We highly recommend it!!!

We love this apartment. It was comfy, well organized and beautiful decorated. It is located perfectly, close to Publix, Walgreens, the beach, restaurants, etc. We loved the deck/dock area to relax and fish and the beautiful views. We saw so many dolphins. We definitely enjoy and loved this place. So worth it. The host was always so nice, respectful and responsive to our needs. Thank you and it was 💯 worth it.

The unit was very clean and the location was perfect. We parked the car and walked to everywhere he wanted to go. There were 3 adults in our party and there was plenty of space for us all. We would recommend this condo to others.
