Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Johnson County

Convenient location close to downtown bars, shopping and restaurants. House was very spacious, lots of room to spread out. Kitchen was well equipped. Great for entertaining.

We stayed in Franklin for my daughters college graduation. Whitney's place was so charming, comfortable, and absolutely lovely. We wished we had more time there so we could enjoy all the fun games, hot tub, pool table, and lovely yard and town. The extras were wonderful and made it so easy to feel right at home. I would recommend this great, historical home to anyone! We are actually hoping to get back in the fall to do some antiquiting and be so happy to stay at Whitney's again.

This place was beautiful and it was very comfortable and felt like home. The beds are the best part. They were the most comfortable beds I think we’ve ever slept in. It is in a very convenient location near all kinds of stuff like gas stations and restaurants. We were very pleased with this place. It was probably one of the best ones we’ve stayed at and we have stayed at a lot of places with travel baseball. Thank you, Chad for letting us enjoy your lovely place. We will be back again.

Lisa and Craig are transforming this farm house into a modern, comfortable home. The house has three nice sized bedrooms, a large dining area as well as a large kitchen that is open to the great room. The location is unique in that the house sits on about a one hundred acre farm; however, it is an easy quick drive to shopping and restaurants. Lisa and Craig were extremely nice and responded in minutes to our inquiries. They worked very hard to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

It was great to find something for 7 people that was exactly what we were looking for. Everybody slept comfortably. We were also so impressed with the amount of linens that were available for use! The patio was really nice to sit on and just relax after our long outings. We also loved how relatively close the house was to all of the places we were looking to go. Everyone that stayed had nothing but great things to say about the find. Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your home. We would highly recommend to others!

A beautifully memorable vacation!!! We loved gathering together at this house and making it a home for the week. The pool and hot tub were used everyday (with the exception of one day that we gave the hot tub a break to get its clarity back). We used all the kitchen had to offer. It had essentially everything we needed (consider bringing your own pitcher if you want to make sweet tea or something else). The beds and pillows were very comfortable and we all slept well. Finally, the community was extremely welcoming and we got so many waves and smiles as we would do our daily walk. Definitely worth the price and we would absolutely book again for our next family summer vacation!

I love what they have done to their home! It was comfortable and really quiet! Never even knew anyone else was even there ! She greeted us on the way in , and replied back quickly when we had questions. I would definitely stay again!

Eugenia’s place was great! It was clean, quiet and peaceful. Close enough to hiking, shopping and dining without traffic and street noise. I will make an effort to stay again for my future trips.

Michael is a great host and his place is truly amazing. It is well appointed, creatively decorated, and has one of the best equipped Airbnb kitchens we have had the pleasure of experiencing. The neighborhood is walkable and friendly. We have already made our next reservations, and would recommend it to anyone!

This was a great condo! Exactly what they advertised! The host was very responsive and quickly answered any questions I had and gave us great recommendations. The beds were super comfortable! The kitchen had everything we needed. There were 5 of us and the living room was a great gathering space for us. This is such a beautiful area! I wish we had more time to explore.

Dina always exceeds expectations as a host. Her place is spotless, and beautifully appointed. Even the plants are all happy! Extraordinarily comfortable bed, and a bathroom large enough to dance in (maybe we did)! We have stayed three years in a row for our annual trip to Indy and hope that Dina’s place remains an annual tradition for as many coming years as possible! We could not be happier!

We stayed while my son was getting medical treatment at Riley Hospital for a week. It was beautiful and comfortable. I had a few questions, and they were answered immediately. We would definitely stay again, given the opportunity!

Jed, Deveney and Erika were amazing hosts. They made sure we had clear and accurate information for check in and check out. They also answered questions with super helpful suggestions and were very quick with their replies. As to the condo, it was perfect! The cool deco of the condo caught our attention it was so thoughtfully executed. It truly transformed the long weekend. Aside from great deco, the condo was squeaky clean and had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. There were also lots of places to eat at and visit right in walking distance. We definitely recommend and are planning on staying here again in the future.

The property was perfect for our 3 day trip. It was very clean and updated with great amenities. I would recommend this property for business or pleasure
