Excellent house. Easy to walk to local coffee shops and several breweries and restaurants. Very modern, clean and stylish house. Plenty of space. Great lighting and so many great picture windows. Safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors. We enjoyed it and will stay again. Thank you!!

Brett’s place is one of our favorite places to stay. It is a very comfortable little house with great spaces to walk dogs. Brett told me about a wonderful Iowa nature trail very close by. It was so peaceful and quiet and my dogs loved it! We always enjoy our stay and Brett is a wonderful, friendly, helpful host! We will definitely be back again! Very quaint. Very clean. They have TVs in both bedrooms which we love and all the apps loaded so very easy to use

Jody's great. Really nice guy and he walked us around the entire place himself. His property is stunning with plenty of space. He even let us bring our dogs. The AC is strong and so is the internet. I brought my whole team out to work for the week. The surrounding neighborhoods are beautiful as well. It's a great space.

Very friendly host. The apartment has a lot of space, is very clean and easy to live in. When we come back we would love to rent this apartment again. Around the corner several good restaurants and a hyvee to get groceries.

The home is very clean and as described. Elaina is quick to respond with any questions and very helpful. There was an issue with our initial home we rented that was unexpected and beyond her control and she went out of her way to help us get into this home. We are very grateful for all she does!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jane's property. It is located in a quiet suburban area, only a few minutes from downtown De Moines, with a modest small town residential feel. The home is excellently maintained. Jane definitely a "super host" ... friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. Her property demonstrates her pride in ownership and attention to details, for example clear labeling of the kichen equipment and other items for guest use. We would recommend that you consider staying in this property if you have occasion to be in the Des Moines metro area.
