Charming own guesthouse in the heart of Skanör.

In the heart of old Skanör is this unique farmhouse in 1922, which has been gently completely renovated in 2022. The farmhouse is about 20 sqm, plus sleeping loft. It is 500 meters to Ica and 1 km to a mile-long amazing white-corning sandy beach with blue flag, which includes several restaurants and cold bath houses with a sauna. Minimum length of 3 nights. Towels and bedsheet are not included normally, but can be agreed in advance with some reimbursement. Cleaning if desired, SEK 500 applies. Check-in at 15.00. Check-out at 11.00.

A small charming guest house (30 sqm) located on a nature plot secluded from the main house is rented out for longer and shorter periods. The cottage is perfect for two people (double bed 180 cm ), if you are more, there is an extra bed that works fine for a child. Kitchen (fridge, freezer, cooker, oven, microwave) where there is equipment to cook simpler meals. A bathroom with shower and toilet. No separate bedroom but it is open between the sleeping part and kitchen/dining area. Free parking is about 500 m away from the house.

Cozy cottage near the forest and ocean - newly renovated 2023

Here is one of Sweden's most beautiful beaches. Nature is very beautiful with a blend of forest and sea. The cottage is 25 sqm + 9 sqm sleeping loft and was renovated in the beginning of 2023. New air/air pump, hob and fridge/freezer. Freshly painted walls and oily the floors. Next to Skanör Stadspark. To Skanör harbor it is 1,8km and there are several cozy restaurants. ICA store open 07-23, 700m. Flommens Golf Club about 3.7 km. In Falsterbo there are also a few restaurants, café and a small Ica shop.

This tiny cottage fits perfectly for couples or single travellers (one pet allowed) who is looking for a cosy place with a friendly host! You will be able to sit outside to enjoy your meal or coffee. It´s a 20 minute walk to the beach, or rent bikes to explore Skanör/Falsterbo with ease. Drive to Copenhagen in 45 minutes across the Oresund bridge.
