Our dear " Grändhus" completely newly built for our family and friends as well as for other guests. Beautifully located on Östra Stranden - an untouched oasis among fishermen's meadows and boathouses. Quiet walks along the Baltic Sea shore. Enjoy the beautiful Söderslätt with many excursions and golf. Excellent starting point for both visits to Malmö, Skanör-Falsterbo, Copenhagen. Bus about 100 meters - train to all of Skåne and Denmark from Trelleborg. Suitable for a couple without children. The host couple live in "Strandhuset" and "Sjöboden" nearby and are available if needed.

The cottage has a modern bathroom and kitchen and a cozy, south-facing terrace. The cottage has a heat pump/air conditioning and is winterized. Close to the sea, restaurants, shops and golf courses. This cozy cottage dating from the 19th century is idyllically situated next to a small pond in the countryside, close to hiking and bike trails. Malmö is 30km away, Lund 25km. The house hosts 6 guests comfortably in 2 bed rooms, and has got all facilities like dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, TV, wifi (fiber) and a large garden with a grill for barbecue. Guests bring bedlinen (sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases) and towels. Guests clean at checkout.
