A special place for holidays or weekends. A newly renovated apartment 35 square meters directly above the regionally and nationally known “Chössi” small theater. During the theater season (from September to June), there is usually a lively cultural operation with dance/theater/music or comedy on Saturdays. And this in the middle of beautiful Toggenburg, 100 meters from Lichtensteig train station. Starting point in summer and winter for Churfirsten, St. Gallen and Lake Zurich.

Our paradise invites you to relax. The guest room and bathroom as well as the living room (where there is a small fridge, a Nespresso coffee maker and a kettle) are located in the attic with beautiful views of Lake Walen and the Churfirsten. OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES Our cat also lives in the attic, which shares the bathroom and the living room. It has a parking in front of the house and a seating area with a fireplace. In a new look, Omi's nest reopens the doors. We rent out our newly renovated 3.5 room apartment in a rural area. You will find great hiking and walking trails as well as excellent bike paths in the nearby forest or along the river. There are still numerous activities nearby, such as a swimming pool, museums, a zoo, a riding stable, a large golf course and much more. You can quickly reach Winterthur, St.Gallen, Lake Constance by car

Private house with fantastic views of the Swiss mountains. Different designed rooms await you. The large, open kitchen has a cozy dining area. The beautiful lounge with excellent mountain views makes breakfast, lunch or dinner a unique experience.

Vegetarian vacation home with charm

The vacation home is in a quiet location. On the ground floor there are spacious lounges with a terrace facing east. Please note that the house can only be used vegetarian. On the 2nd floor there are 3 bedrooms, whereby one bedroom is a passageway for the bedroom behind it. The wooden house is cozily furnished with wooden furniture and has everything you need for a nice stay. Games available for all ages.

Cozy studio on the first floor, in Appenzellerland

The cozily furnished studio (first floor) is located at 800 meters above sea level in a quiet residential area. From the sunny seating area you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Alpstein (Säntis). A grill bowl is available there. The bus or Appenzellerbahn train can be reached within a 10-minute walk. Within 10 km there are various leisure facilities (mini golf, swimming pools, hiking, skiing, biking).

Attic apartment

Die Wohnung im Obergeschoss verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Bad mit Dusche, ein Schlafzimmer (Bett 160cm) und ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa. Zweites Schlafzimmer (Bett 140cm) liegt angrenzend zur Wohnung. Auch ein kleiner Sitzplatz mit überdachtem Raucherhäuschen steht ihnen zur Verfügung. Allergiker: im unteren Bereich des Hauses leben Haustiere. Raucher: nur draußen!

The apartment is located in a two-family house near the village of Kirchberg in a quiet, rural area. Nearby are: forest, meadows, bakery & supermarket. The outdoor area may be used in consultation with the owners, as well as the barbecue area. Perfectly located for walks and tours in the Appenzellerland & Alpstein. We look forward to seeing you!
