Welcome to our beautiful mini-house located on a beach property, a short drive from Preikestolen. The guest house is for two people with a 160 cm bed, parking space just outside the door, wireless internet, smart TV, kitchen with hotplates, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all kinds of utensils (pots, plates, glasses etc). Bathroom with shower and toilet inside the guest house. Underfloor heating in the bathroom. Wall-mounted panel heater in the main room. The guest house has a private entrance and is separate from the house, only 17 sqm.

In the living room there are 2 sofa beds, space for 4 people. Three bedrooms with a double bed in each room. There is also a baby bed. From here you can enjoy breathtaking views of the fjord . The house is located close to Pulpit Rock that it takes 10 minutes by car from apartment ,and 15 minutes to Lyse Fjord that you can get ferry to Kjerag. To get to Cozy Landscape House from Stavanger, it takes 20 minutes by car . In the side of the House there is a free private parking .

Magical place at the lake with a 8000 m2 garden and 120 m beach/shoreline. Perfect for relaxing, boating and fishing. At the lake there is a pavillion with a remarkable view where you can enjoy the sunset. A boat and canoe are available for free. It's a very private and quiet location, but still perfectly located in Ryfylke with all its breathtaking hikes nearby. In 2020 the bathroom and hall was totally refurbished, and a fiberoptic cable was installed with a fast wifi-connection.

The house is well equipped in all rooms. The house is located only 7 km from the starting point of the Pulpit Rock trail. It is a 5 minutes drive from Jørpeland, wich is the town center in this area. From the house it is a 10 minutes drive to the ferrydock in Forsand, where there is ferry connection to Lysebotn.

Slå dere ned i flere dager og gå på flotte turer og fjelltopper fra utgangsdøren. Fem minutter fottur unna kan du bade i en elv med friskt fjellvann. Kort avstand til Jørpeland sentrum (10 minutter gange, 5 min å kjøre) med alle nødvendige butikker tilgjengelig.
