Un jardin de 400 m2 est à disposition avec des arbres fruitiers et un potager... Une grande terrasse en bois se situe au pied de la maison et permet l'accès au jardin. La maison possède une seconde terrasse sur l'arrière. ⚠️Le spa est disponible de juin à septembre⚠️

This small house is located 5 minutes from the A20, 10 km from Argenton-sur-Creuse, 10 km from Saint-Benoît-du-Sault, 14 km from Eguzon: you can easily discover this beautiful region. Please note, the house does not have Wi-Fi and the phone network is not very good: you will therefore be forced to relax, rest and enjoy nature! In winter, heating is only by wood-burning stove. You can sit in the armchairs, nice and warm.
