This property, ^^Donghae Coast^^, has a view of the East Sea and the breakwater of the Haeusu Beach from the rooftop, and a high-speed terminal is located 2 minutes away from Sokcho Ikidaeul Cable Car and Sokcho Beach, and 5 minutes away from Sokcho Express Bus Terminal. E-Mart (5 minutes by car, 10 minutes on foot), Daiso, and 24-hour E-Mart, GS25, and 7-Eleven are all within a minute's walk. It is located around Lotte Resort, which has an excellent landscape.
