You can see the grandeur of Seoraksan Daechungbong Peak, Dalma Peak, and Ulsanbawi Rock spreading out in front of the accommodation, and it is located in a place where you can see Yeongrang Lake and the open clean East Sea, which are 3 minutes away. I think it is a space where modern people who are tired of stress can rest and recharge by doing what they want, such as sea fishing, walking in Yeongrang Lake, bathing, hiking in Seoraksan, visiting famous temples, and visiting the Unification Observatory. In particular, it is not a professional pension with multiple teams, but a space where only one team stays, so it will be a place where you can rest a little more quietly. It was prepared as an accommodation for families and acquaintances, but we opened the accommodation with the hope that it would be a space for healing by connecting with good people. Like the name of the accommodation (Birch and White), the interior furniture is made of birch wood, which is good for the body, and the walls are treated with clean white. So it's no secret that I became a fisherman~ :) # Fishing village retro healing house • Take a mudflat to the central market. • Water play and picnic are possible on the beach. • Go fishing at the port in front of your nose. • Enjoy Netflix with a beam projector. • Please relax as if you've come to visit your grandmother's house in a fishing village. There is no convenience and luxury like a hotel or resort. You might feel uncomfortable. But nowadays, only old houses have countless years and romance that are hard to see. This property, ^^Donghae Coast^^, has a view of the East Sea and the breakwater of the Haeusu Beach from the rooftop, and a high-speed terminal is located 2 minutes away from Sokcho Ikidaeul Cable Car and Sokcho Beach, and 5 minutes away from Sokcho Express Bus Terminal. E-Mart (5 minutes by car, 10 minutes on foot), Daiso, and 24-hour E-Mart, GS25, and 7-Eleven are all within a minute's walk. It is located around Lotte Resort, which has an excellent landscape. Daepo Port, Oeongchi Port, Dulle-gil, Cheongcho Lake night view, Yeongrang Lake drive course, seafood center and Abai Village Gaetbae (5 minutes by car), surfing lessons at the breakwater, and 2 minutes away from Sokcho Beach after playing in the water, you can take a hot shower in the yard of the accommodation. It's a clean and tidy house with everything inside newly renovated:) This is a space without sloppiness, carefully decorated with my family in mind. Since it is located a 2-minute walk from the intercity bus terminal, those who use public transportation can come and go without difficulty. When using your own car (only one car is allowed) There is a dedicated parking space on the right side of the entrance to the accommodation, so please refer to the photo. If you want more parking spaces, nearby parking spaces except for the roadside, or Please use the free parking lot of Sokcho Cultural Center, which is a 5-minute walk away. [Rangy's House #2] is located right in front of Sokcho Beach, and you can see the Sokcho Sea through the Songrim Promenade and the trees from the veranda. The interior has been utilized as a spacious living room and a relaxed bedroom space so that you can use it comfortably by opening up the two-room space. The exterior is an old low-rise villa, but the interior is cozy and really tried to make it look neat. Also, since it is located in the center, there are amenities within a 5-minute walk, making it convenient to stay.
