Das Einzimmerappartement ist etwa 42 qm groß. Es verfügt über eine komplett ausgestattete Einbauküche mit Kochinsel. Es befinden sich in der Wohnung ein Doppelbett und ein hervorragendes Schlafsofa der Marke Bali (je 140 breit). Anreise bis 22 h, nachts wird das Hoftor geschlossen. Die Vermietung für einzelne Nächte geht nur im Ausnahmefall, Vermietung an 3 + 4 Personen erst ab 3 Übernachtungen. Kinderbett u. Hochstuhl kosten je € 3 extra. Keine Rollläden oder Jalousien. NICHTRAUCHER !

Unser Appartement ist verkehrsgünstig in der Nähe von Düsseldorf gelegen. Mit dem PKW in ca.15 bis25 Min nach Düsseldorf, ca.30 Min nach Köln Trotzdem brauchen Sie nicht auf entspannte Nächte verzichten, da wir sehr ruhig wohnen. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig in wenigen Min zu erreichen. Dank der eigenen Küche steht einem gesunden und leckeren Start in den Tag nichts im Wege. Freuen Sie sich auf Ihr eigenes im Jahr 2022 neu gebautes Bad um einen stressigen Tag ausklingen zu lassen.

Two bakeries and a fruit shop are within 2 km. The barn has been fully renovated while keeping the 4 original brick walls. It is equipped with floor heating and offers a loft style space. The access is from the shared courtyard and in the back you can enjoy the garden. The covered gate area is ideal to park bicycles and motorbikes.

Bis Stadtzentrum nur 1500 Meter, Bahnhof 1600 Meter, zur Autobahnauffahrt 3 Minuten. Hunde sind gern gesehene Gäste, in etwa 100 Metern fängt der Grünzug mit schönen Spazierwegen an. Auch ideal für Radfahrer und Jogger. Ohne Frühstück!

Sie bietet ausreichend Schlafmöglichkeiten für 4 Personen plus Baby/Kleinkind. Ein Arbeitsplatz ist eingerichtet, TV & WLAN vorhanden. Wir versuchen, unsere Gäste persönlich zu begrüßen, um Fragen zum Haus und der Umgebung direkt zu beantworten. Die Autobahnen A52 und A44 sind in 5, die Innenstadt in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.
