Small cozy apartment in a charming village classified Pierres et Eaux, ideal for 2 people. Possibility to add 1 person with supplement (1 bed 140 + 1 folding bed 1 person in the same room) located on the quay of the port on the edge of Charente, opposite the island of Grenouillette with its famous miniature boats and inflatable games. Shops within walking distance. We live in the same building with our son. Bicycle garage. Cocoa processing workshop and rum tasting by reservation €25/pers.

The 3-room apartment has been equipped to bring you all together with a 1.60 m coffee table ideal for aperitifs and 2 tables (indoor and outdoor) for 12 guests. And in the evening you can find your privacy.
