Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Juneau

The place was spotless and the surroundings were amazing!

We had such a pleasant stay. David provided snacks and light breakfast food along with a full kitchen so we could prepare our own meals. The beds were comfortable and the towels were so nice. We loved sitting outside on the deck to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Even though the location was outside of busy Juneau, all of our guides, taxi drivers or pizza delivery people found us very easily. Our stay was made even more comfortable and accessible with the inclusion of a shower chair and the ramp entrance. This was a wonderful spot for our three days in Juneau.

Had an amazing time at Christopher’s listing! Right on the water and had the most beautiful view with amazing sunsets. Would definitely stay here again!

Rogers place was amazing! The sauna was so nice and the hot tin was amazing! We had some really neat black tailed deer that visited us every day. We will certainly stay there if we are in Juneau again!! Thank you!

The Aerie was absolutely adorable. We loved the uniqueness and charm of the space. The space was beautifully decorated all the way from the quaint reading loft down to the living area. We couldn't get enough of how comfortable, cute, and cozy the space was. The rain during our stay sounded so peaceful on the roof and made the stay so much more cozy. Corey was so helpful and responsive, especially with the airbnb site hiccup during check-in. Highly recommend staying here for a week long trip or a peaceful weekend getaway. We are recommending this to ALL of our friends! Small tidbit would be to rent a car if you plan on going into town/sight seeing. Uber/Lyft was easy to get from the airport to the airbnb but being picked up was much more difficult and tended to be a little more costly. Thank you Corey and family for hosting us this past weekend! We couldnt of asked for a better place to stay.

We had such a comfortable stay at Sarah’s place! The location was fantastic, the house amenities were fantastic and the beds were wildly comfortable. It was a great stay for a downtown weekend event and we were so happy with the choice.

The apartment was clean and quiet and as advertised. It was a welcome respite after busy days out sightseeing. Great communication and detailed instructions from the hosts made check-in a breeze. I had everything I needed during my comfortable stay here. Long hours of sunlight during the summer made me glad I took another guest's recommendation and brought a sleeping mask.

Clean, super clean! The fixtures were very new when we stayed for a week in April. Appliances and plumbing worked perfectly. Detergent for the dishwasher and washing machine were provided. We also like the double beds in this 2 Bedroom condo, as we were a party of three adults. There was plenty of back -up bedding and pillows. And hangers! It’s so great to stay in a place that has hangers in the closet! That’s part of the way we could tell that the landlord really cared about people being comfortable here. If I could ask for one thing, it would be hooks in the bathroom. This is a chronic problem in hotels, which don’t seem to care about people wanting to hang their pajamas or their clothes on hooks while they bathe. We weren’t bothered by traffic on busy Riverside Drive in front. Not everyone cares about location, but the fact that we were walking distance to our relatives, to the swimming pool and to two shopping malls, meant that for the entire stay, we never rented a car.

I can say without a doubt that this was one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever experienced. The location was peaceful and beautiful. The apartment was spacious, cozy, and had everything so well thought out that it felt like home immediately. :)

The price of this Airbnb is about the same as other hotels in the area but there is no comparison. I would 100% recommend this BNB to anyone staying in Juneau. Easy check in, beautiful view, safe location. It really checked all the boxes for me and my son.

Kurt’s place was great! This location is phenomenal— easy to park, easy to access, and easy to walk to ANYTHING you would want to eat. Kurt provided great input to our quandaries and was very responsive. The place is lovely, clean, complete, and secure. Be prepared with earplugs (street sounds on some nights) and eye mask (a skylight in the living room makes for a bright bedroom (loft) if that bothers you… it doesn’t me, but does the husband). I will stay here again… so don’t book on days I want!

Madelynne was very easy to talk to which made check in/out seamless and stress free. Also she was very responsive to my questions about the Airbnb or location. The Airbnb itself was great! Very cozy and provided a great place to come back to after a long day of activities. I was able to unwind each day and recover for the next day, maximizing my trip. I will definitely come back the next time in Juneau!

Amazing beautiful apartment. Very clean and more than we expected. Kitchen was amazing and everything was clean and very well kept. Highly recommended. We will stay again when we visit.

My guests and I loved our stay at Abby's place in Juneau! The accommodation was super clean, comfortable, and spacious. Abby was a fantastic host, welcoming and helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If I find myself back in Juneau, I’ll definitely be staying here again. I highly recommend it!

As advertised. Enjoyed a fun visit in Juneau and this home was the perfect place to stay!

Adam’s place was perfect! It was comfortable, clean and near everything we wanted to get too. A car is recommended for this location which allows you to see and do it all. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The view that greeted us every morning and said good night too was outstanding. We would definitely stay here again if lucky enough to visit Juneau in the future!

Great place to stay! Perfect location. A 10-minute drive from downtown, but super private and tucked away. Incredible view, sweet little creek and easy beach access. 10/10, would definitely stay here again!

It was exactly what we were looking for. It was quiet and easy access to restaurants and the park, trail and the river with beautiful mountain peeks in the background.

Michelle & I loved staying at Sarah’s Mendenhall Glacier Bear Den. Setting near the forest is close enough to where we wanted to go, and it provided a remoteness and reclusiveness that made the end of the day worthy of coming “home” to. We appreciated, and reveled in, the comfort and coziness of the “Den.” Topping it all was Sarah offering to rent her car, which made it so easy to get around. We really enjoyed Juneau, and Sarah’s AirBnB made it even better!
