Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Jungang-dong

The apartment has a really great view at the ocean, is very clean and the host is always available for questions. It is located in a big apartment building but you overlook all other buildings in front of it. It’s really quiet and you can view a nice sunrise from your bed. If you are looking for an easy stay this could be your choice.

I ran into the host when I was checking in, and he was kind enough to help me. The indoor condition was so good, and the bathroom, kitchen, and refrigerator were all good. I hope that this good condition will continue. Also, there was no noise, the sea view was so nice, and it was convenient to have a convenience store. I was worried that I would only have to use one elevator because there was only one elevator in the hall, but it ran quickly. There was an additional cost, but the parking service was also good. Another advantage is that there are many restaurants nearby. I intend to revisit. Thank you for providing a good accommodation.

It was the same as the picture, It was so comfortable like my own home! Communication with the host was so smooth, so when I had questions or inquiries, they were always resolved quickly:)

As in the picture, there was a terrace and a window where you could see the lighthouse beach right away, so you could see the sea even without going outside. Porcha Street was also nearby, so I was able to walk. I had a comfortable stay with a kind and quick response.

My two sons loved it so much:) I liked the clean interior with a clean and tidy bathtub or a large and cool shower. If you're a lover, you might feel excessive. I turned on the indoor lights at night, so I put the curtain on because I was concerned about the outside gaze, so it was more comfortable and nice ~ However, the upper wind was pretty good on the side of the bedside window ~ So we slept in the direction of sleeping upside down. I thought it was a complete flaw that I had to put my head in the upper wind... Turns out I thought it was an air conditioner, so I warmed up the air with a hot air fan, so it got warm and I slept well, five stars. Even so, if you turn off the heater, it quickly. The upper wind turned around, so I slept in the direction of the living room until morning. It was a little steamy, but it was still clean. I believe you've taken care of it... I'm sick because I catch a cold. Because it's better ^ ^;; The snowfall in March was ridiculous But I was so happy with my trip like never before ^ ^

Considering the price, there are a lot of facilities that you can use, and the surrounding scenery is nice, so I wanted to come back. He was kind and the dessert on the table was really good.

First of all, it was nice to have a spacious room. Laundry detergent, towels, and shower supplies were all provided, so it was very comfortable. There was a terrace, and the view was good, so it felt stable. Above all, it is on the 5th floor that doesn't look like the 5th floor because you can see the sea from the bed. I didn't have to go to the high floor to see the view on purpose. There is a convenience store on the first floor, and there is an ocean in front that you can walk to, so it's good for a walk. Parking is a mechanical parking lot for 7,000 won per day, so the guys take it out and put it in whenever you want. I felt so comfortable like my home, so I was really satisfied with my stay.

I've been to many places using Airbnb overseas and domestically, but it was really the best experience, and it was the best house where I could feel the host's sincerity wherever I went. I highly recommend it as a place with a lot of emotion that can't be captured in the photos, and I think it's a house that fits well with any trip, regardless of family, couples, or acquaintances. I personally stayed at Cassia the day before, but if I had known, I would have stayed for two consecutive nights. A lovely house in a peaceful neighborhood, surrounded by nature. The sea is only a short walk away — we truly loved it here

I had a 13-month-old baby, and it was so nice that I didn't have to worry about falling because there was a mattress room. The house was spacious and there was nothing missing, so I was really comfortable during my stay. Parking was possible regardless of check-in, so I was able to visit the complex Sokcho Beach without worrying about parking. I highly recommend it because it was more satisfying than expected, from the location to the cleanliness!!!

This is my second visit review. I came last time and liked the location, so I came again this time. It's a new building, so it's clean and I like the location the most. There was plenty of bedding to sleep well on the floor, and there was a dining table, so it was good to pack a lot of food and eat. The TV didn't have live broadcasting, but that was a bit of a downside:) Overall, it was a satisfactory accommodation ~ ~

I picked it because the view was pretty, but after seeing it in person, it was really pretty, so it was a happy trip:) It was a cozy, comfortable, and lovely accommodation that I liked. I was very worried because there were no reviews, but it was nice that it was clean. It was divided into two floors, so I took a break with my friend after traveling, but they both slept well.🥹 The bathroom was really clean and spacious, so I was very satisfied!!!!!

To be clear, the construction site is in front, so it's a little annoying, but the view itself wasn't bad, and most importantly, the bed and topper were very cozy, so it was comfortable, and the washing machine was equipped with a dryer, so it was so nice to wash! And it's very clean:) I stayed well with my dog! (I think it would be nice if you could put on a TV: (I think it would be really better if there was a TV!)
