I offer a mezzanine room with miller's ladder access, featuring a small storage area for clothes and a reading table. On the ground floor a shower with small vanity and toilet. The accommodation is located close to the town center and twenty minutes from the gates of Angers.

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.
