This is a very comfortable NON-SMOKING guesthouse/ studio room with private entrance. Absolutely NO ANIMALS allowed due to my allergies. It has one queen bed. Private full bathroom. There is dresser space as well as hangers. It also has a desk for work space. Smart TV can be used with streaming services. This space does not have a kitchen. But it does have a small fridge and a microwave. Absolutely no filming or photography anywhere on the premises. No visitors allowed without my consent.

Our stylish, cozy and private guest studio is newly renovated and located in the heart of Los Angeles’ San Fernando Valley with easy access to freeways. We're close to the Van Nuys Flyaway (easy access to and from LAX), and a straight shot from Burbank’s Bob Hope Airport (5 miles). Though still in the city, our diverse neighborhood is tucked away from the major roads, which makes it a bit more quiet. Tree-lined streets are perfect for the popular Sunrise and Sunset walks.

Large private studio with King size bed. Private laundry, bathroom, and kitchenette are provided as well. The space is well appointed with a 65" 4K TV and is heated and cooled by a dedicated mini split Air Conditioner. You have a completely separate entrance on a secure gated property. This room, batheroom kitchenette an laundry are not shared with anyone else. You will also have access to the large outdoor area with table and chairs. RV parking may also be available.

It's only fitting that an Old-Hollywood home would be right in the middle of the movie studio capital. Burbank is the home of big movie studios and a rich cultural society.
