Welcome to our 2-bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The space is beautifully light-flooded and practically furnished. In addition, a fully equipped shared kitchen is available, which is shared with other guests. A mini fridge is located in each room. Perfect for e.g. Commuters, students, apprentices, friends, couples, etc. The network of bike paths is very well developed and it is not far to some lakes in the surrounding area. A train station can be found about 5 km away.

Comfortable detached architectural house in Leipzig for up to 5 people. The city center can be reached in 30 minutes, the A9 motorway exit Leipzig-West is 15 minutes away. Many shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. The house has a large garden with 2 terraces and is located directly on the Elster-Saale Canal. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Private access to the canal with a small jetty is available. Garden sauna and kayak/SuP are available upon request.

In a private courtyard with lots of greenery, the cozily furnished house (76 m²) awaits its guests. You can park your car for free right in front of your accommodation. The central location means you can quickly get to the city center. In the living area, you can end the day with a crackling fireplace in the cold season (wood is provided by the host). In the warm season, you can make yourself comfortable on the large terrace (for your use only) with a glass of wine.

Cozy tiny house for 2-3 people, stylish and NEW

We rent out our absolute gem in the south of Leipzig on Lake Zwenkau. You have a fully equipped wooden tiny house to yourselves with a bedroom with a 1.40 bed, an additional bed on the open gallery and a fully equipped kitchen. The cottage is situated on an old farm property in the center of Zwenkau. It is absolutely quiet and a real hideaway. We are still in the process of gradually finishing it, so there is no television yet, but WiFi is available.

Beautiful residential church in the south of Leipzig

Our beautiful residential church is located in the south of Leipzig, surrounded by four large lakes, with a large garden and plenty of space for 10 people. By S-Bahn train, Leizig city center can be reached in 20 minutes. We have five bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living and dining area. On cold days, you can heat the fireplace and relax by the fire. In our large garden there is a grill, garden furniture and various play options.

Vacation in the lake cottage "Siebenhain:" the beach in front of you, the terrace on the sunny side and everything that your vacation heart desires. Very functional but homely furnishings made of modern and natural elements: oak planks, fireplace, sauna, underfloor heating, well thought-out lighting concept. The guest tax is payable in cash after checking in to the host.
