Direct access to the park-like garden (for shared use). Great walks are right outside the front door. The bus stop is only a few meters away (about 7 minutes by bus to the train station/city). Die Wohnung befindet sich nahe Ortsrandlage in einer ruhigen Gegend in Kaisersbach. Sommers bietet die Wohnung einen kühlen Rückzugsort, jedoch im Winter ein mollig warmes Plätzchen vor dem Schwedenofen der mit Holz befeuert werden kann. Die Ausstattung ist neu und sehr modern und mit viel Herz eingerichtet. Der Balkon ist nach Osten ausgerichtet und lädt zum gemeinsamen Frühstück ein. Die Nachmittage können bei voller Sonne im vom Balkon aus begehbaren Garten hinter dem Haus genossen werden.

A small seating area under the chestnut tree and a brick barbecue can be used in nice weather. The town center with all shops, bus stop and much more can be reached in 2 minutes on foot, the train station with regional and express train station in 10 minutes. The famous lake is a 20-minute walk away.
