Stay by the sea with a private jetty

Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

We who rent out the cottage are mother, daughter and granddaughter. We live in a villa on the same property. Here you will find a functional and nice cabin about 200 meters from the sea and Norums Holme. You come here for peace and quiet and saltwater swimming. Sunny beautiful location with access to garden that offers berries, shade and space for play and coziness. The cottage has a washing machine and dishwasher so you can focus on other things. Refrigerator, freezer and basic equipment for 2 dogs and their 2 people. Welcome!

Det finns även cyklar att låna Stugan har fullt utrustat kök och vardagsrum med tv och bäddsoffa. Sovrummet har en 140 cm säng och en stor garderob. Badrummet är utrustat med dusch, tvättställ, wc och tvätt kombinerad torktumlare. Loftet har två 90 cm madrasser. Fin uteplats med möjlighet till avkoppling och grill.

Varmt välkomna till denna fantastiska villa med högt och unikt läge med en magisk utsikt över Hakefjorden och Tjörnbron! Den stora tomten bjuder en vidsträckt vy över land, hav och öar. Denna väl omhändertagna och moderna villa ligger i ett mycket lugnt och trivsamt läge i omtyckta Röreviken. Badrocksavstånd till nyrenoverad bastu och till salta bad vid bryggan en liten bit nedanför huset. Röreviken är ett barnvänligt och populärt område med närhet till Stenungsund, bara 5 min från huset.

Welcome to our cozy wooden lodge, right next to a peaceful lake, with its own private dock for swimming! Enjoy outdoor meals on any of the three furnished decks. The second bedroom has a bed that's 120 cm wide. The guest house, has a new double bed, a big wardrobe and its own toilet and sink. Stay connected with fast fiber internet. In the basement under the terrace is a guest apartment with private entrance, modern bathroom, kitchenette, and beautiful lake view from the bed.

Här finns allt ni behöver för en bekväm vistelse – diskmaskin, tvättmaskin, induktionshäll, ugn och tv. Koppla av på den stora altanen med magisk solnedgång eller ta en kort promenad till bryggan för ett kvällsdopp. Nära centrala Stenungsund med restauranger, caféer och shopping. Perfekt läge för att upptäcka Orust, Tjörn och Bohusläns vackra kust och utflyktsmål.

Sjöstugan

Mitt ställe ligger precis vid stranden mitt i naturen. Nära Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter flygplats, Göteborg, Borås. Du kommer att älska mitt ställe på grund av det sjönära och naturnära läget. Mitt boende passar par, ensamäventyrare, affärsresenärer och familjer (med barn).Stugan är på ca 30 kvadratmeter och tillhörande bastustuga med dusch, wc och tvätt är på ca 15 kvadratmeter. Fri tillgång till kanot för hyresgäster. Bra möjligheter för fiske, motorbåt finns att hyra!

Tjörn, Höviksnäs

Cabin that sleeps 5 people. Loft with a double bed and an extra mattresses. Living room with sofa bed for 2 people and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and dining area, washing machine, bathroom with sauna. 800 meters to a seaside bathing area with a diving platform, beach, and cliffs. 400 meters to the harbor and about 800 meters to a gas station with an ICA grocery store nearby. 50 meters to a bus stop, line 335 to Stenungsund.
