Holiday houses in Kakodiki

Logement traditionnel niché dans les montagnes crétoises. Très isolé, à l’écart de la vie urbaine, le logement est paisible. La communication était fluide ! Nous nous sommes bien reposés! A noter: puisque ce sont des routes de montagne, chaque trajet prend environ 25/30min minimum. Pensez à anticiper !

This is the perfect place for a peaceful and cozy getaway! The villa is located in the mountains — quiet, fresh air, and breathtaking views all around. A true oasis of tranquility. The sea is just an 18-minute drive away, and the village where the villa is located is a real Greek gem: authentic, peaceful, and full of charm. The apartment itself is wonderful — every detail has been thoughtfully considered. It’s incredibly comfortable and well-equipped. The beds are cozy, the kitchen has everything you might need, and the towels are soft and fresh. We especially appreciated the lovely welcome gift — a bottle of homemade raki! Konstantinos is an amazing host — always available, kind, and helpful. He gave us great tips on where to go, what to see, and which beaches are worth visiting. His recommendations really made our stay even more enjoyable. We absolutely loved everything — the atmosphere, the location, the attention to detail, and the care shown by the host.

We had a wonderful time staying in Koukounari apartment. With a small child in tow the location was perfect for us. The apartment was within walking distance to the beach and the beautiful old town. We greatly enjoyed the weekly market of locally produced food which was a stones throw away. The apartment was clean, spacious, stylishly decorated and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Great attention to details have been made to cater for a family/couple’s needs. Eleftherios and Katerina were incredibly kind and welcoming; we’d definitely stay here again if we visit Chania in the future.

From the warm welcome to the thoughtful surprises — the delicious food and the homemade cake — everything made us feel incredibly special and at home. The house is absolutely charming, beautifully decorated with great attention to detail, and spotlessly clean. Ich fange mal mit einem Wort an. WOW. Die Gastgeber waren so gastfreundlich, wie ich es noch nie erlebt habe. Wir wurden persönlich empfangen, haben direkt paar Snacks bekommen und bestimmt ca. 1 Stunde hat man uns Tipps für die Gegend gegeben. Die Gastgeber sind sichtlich stolz auf ihre Insel und das mit Recht! Zum Abschied haben wir auch noch frisches Gebäck (mit Spinat drin, war sogar noch warm) und einige Souvenirs erhalten. Das ist das beste Erlebnis seitens von Gastgebern gewesen, was wir bisher erlebt haben. Es war nur ähnlich gut in Korfu (wieder Griechen :D). Zur Wohnung: Traumhafte Aussicht, sauber, super eingerichtet. Katzenfamilie vor Ort (4 ganz junge Katzen und 2 größere), die man füttern darf mit Futter, was bereit gestellt wird. Mit Kindern wäre das sowas von perfekt. Wir hatten sehr viel Spaß mit den Katzen. Und auch die Betreuung während des Aufenthalts war super. Theodosia war Immer erreichbar. :D Wirklich, mit der Wohnung macht man nichts falsch. :)

Tolle Unterkunft mit spektakulärer Aussicht - Kommunikation, Check In, Aufenthalt waren super easy! Drumherum wohnen einige Menschen, die auf den Außenbereich schauen können, was uns wegen der wenigen Menschen, die zu der Zeit da waren, nicht gestört hat. Die Unterkunft ist umgeben von einer tollen Landschaft, der E4 geht direkt am Haus vorbei. Allerdings sind die Strecken zu den Wandergebieten wie zB das White Mountain Reservat oder der höchste Berg Kretas nicht unter 2 h mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir haben uns insgesamt super wohl gefühlt und würden wiederkommen :)

Wir waren 12 Tage zu Gast und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns fehlte es an nichts. Die Anlage war sehr ruhig gelegen und man konnte sich gut erholen. Meist waren wir alleine am Pool. Dimosthenis war sehr gastfreundlich und täglich vor Ort und somit auch immer persönlich erreichbar. Für Ausflüge muss man mit dem Auto teilweise etwas mehr Zeit einplanen, da es doch etwas abgelegener ist. Aber wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist bei Dimosthenis genau richtig!

si vous n'aimez pas la campagne ,la tranquilite,le bruit des cloches des chevres et des moutons,la fraicheur des nuits.....fuyez!sinon ce logement est pour vous!notre hote nous avait prevu des fruits 6 bouteilles d'eau du raki des bonbons ....le linge de maison etait impeccable la literie tres bonne et la proprete au rendez vous.une tres bonne adresse!!!!!
