Forest Yurt

Cozy, bright, yurt in a private forest area. Walking distance to the cheese factory (ice cream, lunches, snacks), produce stands, and a park. Short drive to Madoc (groceries, beer/ LCBO, parks, beach, library, bakery, restaurants, etc). Perfect area for star gazing, long walks & bike rides. This yurt is in a camping setting, with indoor compost toilet, no shower or wifi but there is electricity, dishes, indoor hot plate, BBQ, mini fridge, all pots & pans and bedding and clean drinking water.

Log Bunkie w/ Loft, Bon Echo Park. NO clng. fee

This bunkie, sided in Vermont Maple, was built in 2018. Tastefully decorated in barn board and v-joint pine inside, it features 7 cu. ft. fridge, large air circulator, kitchen cart, microwave, bbq, coffee maker, etc. It has a wardrobe, loveseat, end table and dining table for two. The queen bed is up the ladder in the loft. Great view onto Lake Mazinaw. Use of dock, deck, stand up paddleboards (SUPs), kayaks, canoe, Aqua Cycle and pedal boats. Minimum 3 night booking on long weekends.

Mapleridge Cabin

On top of a ridge of Sugar Maples is a 400 sq foot cabin sitting on a lovely piece of Canadian Shield. The cabin is open concept and is well appointed with a super comfy queen-sized bed, a wood stove, and an off-grid kitchen, additional sleeping is on a sofa bed. This is glamping at its finest! The cabin is located at the rear of our 20-acre property with trails and wildlife to explore. ***Please note that you will have to walk approximately 200 metres to the cabin from where you park.

Waterfront Lodge Retreat w/ Hot Tub

Situated on the Salmon River this private newly custom built lodge features wooden beam ceilings on the main floor giving it a warm & cozy feeling. A short drive to local beaches and provincial parks. Enjoy the landscape out back around the fire pit overlooking the river. Lounge in the hot tub overlooking the river and stargaze at night. Truly a getaway in nature to unwind & reconnect with friends and family. LCBO, bakery, diner, pharmacy & grocery store all within 5 minutes drive.

Perched on a majestic slab of Canadian Shield, this peaceful waterfront cottage is tucked away for absolute privacy off a quiet country road on Cranberry Lake, near Arden. The cottage features a spacious combination living room/kitchen. The space also features 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom off the upper level loft. The bird's nest solarium (accessible via one of the bedrooms), is a great lookout.

It is conveniently across the road from the Cataraqui Trail. The well-maintained, beautiful trail is ideal for nature-enthusiasts who enjoy hiking, cycling or jogging.
