The property is located in Siviri, a small traditional greek fish village, on the west coast of Kassandra,80 km from Thessaloniki,few steps from the sea and 8 minutes walk from the village center(taverns,supermarket,water sports) You can enjoy your breakfast/dinner on a beautiful terrace, overlooking the sea. When entering the accommodation you will find two bedrooms, one living room with a convertible sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom and a small backyard with an outdoor shower.

The house is 30 m2, first on the sea, rear, facing the courtyard and not the sea! It is located next to the center and the shops. No need for a car at all! It has a single bed bedroom, a park-bed park, a living room with two sofa beds, a king size mechanism, and a single one. Fully equipped kitchen and spacious bathroom with washing machine. Its garden leads to the sea without a road!!! Wonderful and carefree moments on the sea!!

Η παραλία βρίσκεται μπροστά στο σπιτι 1 λεπτο με τα πόδια είναι παρά πολύ μεγάλη με αμμο!! Υπάρχουν εστιατόρια σούπερ μάρκετ φαρμακειο σε απόσταση 5 λεπτά από το σπιτι !

A paradise on earth! To the nearest beach about 1km, I recommend renting a car because there are plenty of beaches with soft sand and crystal clear water to take your breath away on the Halkidiki peninsula. Local tavernas serve delicious fresh seafood and traditional Greek delicacies. Evenings are filled with atmospheric pubs and bars. This is the perfect place for a family holiday. Room cosy, clean everything neat fully equipped as described, the hosts Sofia and her husband are extremely nice and very helpful. The beautiful garden invites you to relax and unwind. Highly recommended!

Summer Pearls-Villa with Private Pool

We had a great stay! We picked this place mostly for the 3 bedrooms (so our little kids could space out & sleep) & pool. The outdoor space was incredible - stunning pool, comfortable chairs by the pool, big outdoor table, and plenty of sun/shade. The inside was very clean. 2 of the 3 bedrooms are very small. It wasn’t a problem for us because we spent most of our time outside or traveling to beaches, but just beware if you are planning for a crib in a room. The basement room is very big, just has a pull out couch as a bed. The kitchen was small but had the basics, and no table inside. The bathrooms are tiny and water spills out of the shower some. Water pressure and hot water were great though! The location was central and easy to drive to beaches nearby (Siviri fav beach, Afytos fav village). There is a beach about 30m away, but it is rocky with no chairs. The hosts were responsive and helpful, on the property a lot. Neighbors are close but bushes create privacy. Quiet and safe area!

I had the pleasure of staying at Nikos and Eleni’s home for 2 weeks for my vacation! Their house is a very beautiful vacation spot in Possidi, close to the beach and in a peaceful area. It was a perfect summer holiday! The pictures match everything in the house and I felt extremely welcome and at home. I would recommend this house to any guest that is looking for a perfect Grecian getaway! Thank you so much Eleni and Nikos and I hope I will be seeing you next summer as well

Katerina and her family are very nice and generous people. We didn’t have any trouble with the check-in and the place was easy to find. The location is great, Possidi beach is less than 5 minutes away by car. There is also another great beach which I don’t know the name of nearby. The apartment is just like in the pictures and very clean. The teracce is very big. Katerina and her son Nikandros were there for everything we needed. We would gladly visit this place again :)

Alexandra's apartment is in a very convenient location to visit and quickly reach all the most beautiful beaches of Kassandra. It has a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea where you can dine in peace. The location is quiet with parking for the car below the house. The apartment is very clean and equipped with everything you need for the kitchen and bathroom. We had a great time, Alexandra is a very present host, always ready to give valuable advice. Super recommended!
