Welcome to our stylish vacation apartment – ideal for families, groups, and friends. Completed in 2022, the accommodation offers modern living comfort across approximately 170 m². You can expect a spacious, open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, four separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a sofa bed for two additional guests. Space for up to 10 people. The highlight is the bright living area with a high ceiling, exposed timber frame, and a glass-panelled Tennentor window with a view of the village square.

My holiday home in Wendland

This old barn has been transformed into an architectural experience through modern expansion. Over 250 square meters, two living areas, three enclosed bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub. There is also a sauna. Suitable for up to two families or three couples. The location: village edge overlooking the fields, the circular village of Trabuhn in beautiful Wendland. In the village there is a riding stable with flexible riding opportunities for guests, including children. Swimming opportunities in Arendsee and Gartow.

Wellness on the Elbe: Work out like in the gym, take a sauna like in Finland, cycle directly on the Elbe cycle path: Our listed half-timbered house (75–90 m², up to 5 people) has what hardly any other vacation rental offers – a private gym that can be used almost 24/7 with a leg press, cable pulley and dumbbells up to 30 kg. Afterwards: Finnish sauna, garden, starry sky. Rent bikes and canoes, enjoy the Elbe, unwind in the UNESCO biosphere reserve. Halfway between Hamburg and Berlin. “CITY COUNTRY BARN” - Country loft in the attic

Luxury living in the old walls of the former Riddagshausen forester's lodge: In the evening, sit comfortably on the sheepskin in one of the wide window sills overlooking the park-like garden of the "Stadt-Land-Scheune" (city-country-barn). Enjoy the flickering light of the gas fireplace or cook with friends at the cooking island. Be enchanted architecturally by the room height and the impressive roof structure. Japanese shower toilet. The apartment is spacious with 80 m² and is located in the residential building with a separate entrance and can accommodate up to 4 people. It is comfortably furnished and located in a rural location and is ideal for relaxing days in nature and bicycle excursions in the surrounding area or as a mechanic's apartment: • Two double rooms with TV, beds to be set individually • Kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, etc. • Bathroom with shower and tub • Seating and parking in the enclosed courtyard

Duplex apartment in the countryside

Our cozy vacation rental in the small village of Bülitz in the Altmark region offers space for 2–4 people over approximately 70 m² (750 sq. ft.). The duplex is spread over two floors and offers a quiet location and panoramic views of the countryside. Old walls, exposed wooden beams, brick, and clay plaster create a unique ambience in the rooms, combining rustic charm with modern conveniences such as underfloor heating and fiber-optic internet. A place to breathe and feel good.

Modern apartment to feel good in Salzwedel

Our 35 sqm apartment was modernized and designed in 2019. It looks bright and friendly as a result. The furnishings are functional, but also comfortable. You can reach the apartment behind the house via a staircase. The entrance is separate and is located on the upper floor of our single-family house built in 2010. The house is situated in beautiful green surroundings not far from the Dumme river, yet you can walk to the idyllic old town of Salzwedel in just a few minutes.

The former Bismarck estate house, built in 1770 and completely renovated in 2009, is an ideal place for vacations and also workation - for working and relaxing. The stylishly furnished separate apartment (155 sqm) with private entrance, underfloor heating, antique tiled stove, a workplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a hot tub next to the apartment's own terrace as well as a sauna cottage in the extensive park offers the possibility of a varied break in every season.

Kulturhaus Wahrenberg

Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The residential house and barn of the listed 3-sided farmstead are built with oak timber framing. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the linden trees are pruned back, the house can be seen in all its glory. From May, it then slowly disappears behind shady foliage and stays wonderfully cool throughout the summer... 

Living in an old school

Attention: There is no central heating. There is a convection oven, which is similar to a tiled stove, but quickly provides cozy warmth. The place is heated on arrival, and the heat usually lasts until the next morning. Cheering is easy! Relax, also enjoy silence in a stylish guest apartment, feel comfortable no matter the weather. Quiet in the countryside, there is no distraction, no shops, no cafe, nothing. Welcome to the Middle of Nüscht.
