Inside, you'll find spacious bedrooms, an open layout, and all the modern amenities you could ask for!

Make memories at a unique family-friendly place. Evenson Heritage's Studio Retreat is a private, 150-acre nature preserve surrounded by water and wildlife. This historic Alaskan homestead is an all-inclusive resort with spacious rooms, amenities, and activities for groups, including fishing, boating, a small putting green, and a hot tub with a view of 2 lakes. The home is also rich in family history, having seen 3 generations of commercial fishermen and displaying the Evenson's stunning art.

Cabin has a very private and quiet setting, on 20 acres. Enjoy the private hot tub while taking in the gorgeous views of Swan Lake. Mt. Redoubt and Mt. Illimani are visible from the cabin. Firewood provided for fire pit and wood stoves. Approx 20 minutes from Soldotna, and approx 20 minutes from Ninilchik.

Hope Lake Hideaway

Our recently renovated classic Alaskan home in an Idyllic lakeside setting is the perfect base for your Alaskan adventure. It is located right between two major fishing rivers (Kenai and Kasilof), and just 10 minutes from the full service town of Soldotna. Hope Lake is off limits to motors, so you can relax in quiet privacy. Paddle the lake in the canoe that is included free with the rental, then hang out and watch loons, moose and other wildlife from your lakeshore firepit.

Large lakefront home in Kasilof, Alaska on the Kenai Peninsula. This home is just 2.8 miles from the Kasilof river and 8 miles from the Kenai River for premier salmon fishing. The property has a beautiful elevated viewing deck looking out over the lake. Four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a modern kitchen and living room, dining room that seats seven with additional space on the deck. Outdoor freezer, BBQ, Fire pit and a hot tub on deck (summer only).
