Fully newly built villa with 3 large bedrooms, large living room, well-equipped kitchen and dining area with room for 6. The house is located in Kalkstad, a nice row village just a few miles from Färjestaden. Kalkstad has a perfect location in the middle of Öland for those who want to explore both the north and south of the island. The house was completed on July 14th, so there are still some makeshift solutions right outside the house, but the old plot with lawn and large trees is huge and there is room for both play and meals outside.

Fresh villa built in 2018. The house has an airy floor plan and plenty of space both outside and inside. Lovely pool and inviting pool area with sunbeds, furniture groups and outdoor kitchen with barbecue grill. Centrally located, close to the sea (400m) and Färjestadens Harbor with nice restaurants and shops. The villa is 160 sqm with 3 bedrooms and a total of 6 existing beds. You can use the two living rooms for additional bedding. Our outdoor cat Ella lives with us, more info when booking.
