The location is fantastic with 25 m to the sea and Oknö offers several beaches and there are two campsites, two restaurants, a mini-market and several ice cream parlors. The house is located by itself in the woods and right by its own forest lake with a jetty and sandy beach It is 1.5 km to Åseda town with good shopping opportunities and public transport The house is modernly decorated with good facilities. A sauna has been added under the newly built terrace. The main house has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a triple bed. In addition, there is a guest house with 2 beds

The house is spacious with 4 large bedrooms(8 beds), and 2 full bathrooms. There is a beautiful sea view from all rooms, and 3 large terraces to enjoy sun and shade depending on time of the day. Large garden in front of the sea. Close to house is a small bay with flat rocks for sunbathing and swimming.

Welcome to rent our cozy cottage of about 33 sqm right by the sea on the island of Oknö outside Mönsterås. The location is fantastic, about 80 meters to the beach. You are close to a number of beaches on the island and there are two campsites on Oknö and a restaurant. You have about 8 km into Mönsterås, which has several different shops and restaurants and a water palace. You can also enjoy the tranquility of our large garden of about 2500 sqm together with the owner at Seglarvägen 4 Oknö

This in not an ordinary place to stay. You live just by the ocean in the middle of nature and bird life. Beautiful settings and surroundings. Secluded get away ideal for couples. The view is spectacular from this little house. It's renovated 2016 with a complete small kitchen with oven/micro oven, refrigerator, small freezer and induction cooker. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin. There are garden furnitures by the cottage. Free parking for car or caravan. Must be experienced!

Stugan innefattar 25 kvm golv + 10kvm sovloft och har ett fullt utrustat kök samt badrum med dusch. Närhet till motionsspår och flertalet andra badplatser och bryggor. Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

Huset ligger i en fantastiskt lugn och vacker miljö vid sjön utanför Nye där du har tillgång till egen brygga och båt. Njut av en båttur och utsikten över sjön från den stora altanen. Bara några minuter bort finns badplats, café och kiosk. Sommaren bjuder till bad, fiske- eller båtsutflykte är det vinter kan du njuta av lugnet vid (eller på) isen. Vi finns i Smålands trädgård där landsbygden till stor del behållit sin karaktär som man känner igen från Astrid Lindgerns berättelser.

Stuga på 25 kvm så det är en LITEN STUGA. Men med fantastisk utsikt precis vid en strand! Stugan ingår i ett stugområde så det innebär flera grannstugor. Inte privat. 2020 nya sängar 2022 målat köksdel + ny bäddsoffa. 2025 ny tvättmaskin, handfat 2026 målat sovrum, fräschat upp altan & mark nedanför. 1.5 km till närmsta matbutik och pizzeria. Det är 500 m till First Camp som är en 4 stjärnig camping. Campingen har fina bad, lekplats, minigolf, kanot, cykeluthyrning, restaurang.

The idyllic Revsudden is 10 minutes by car, Kalmar (Sweden Summer City 2015 and 2016) 15 minutes and famous island Öland 25 minutes. Boat with electric outboard motor (86 Lbs) and oars included, april-october.

Modern stuga med panorama utsikt över Karlskrona skärgård belägen ca 10 m från havet. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår bäddat o klart när ni kommer. Tillgång till barnvänlig strand som delas med värdfamilj. Boendet lämpar sig för familj upp till 4 personer. Vid sidan av detta boende finns även en lägenhet för 2 personer att hyra på Airbnb den heter Seaside apartment. Även huvudhuset går att hyra när vi är bortresta. ”Villa archipelago”

In summer, we rent out weekly to up to 12 people, but of course, you can also rent here as a couple or smaller family.
