We loved our stay! Our hosts were exceptional, friendly, helpful, and discreet. We felt right at home. The apartment is very comfortable and well-equipped. The view of the mountains from the apartment was fantastic. The location is perfect for shopping and also for visiting Italy, which is nearby. The town of Lienz offers all amenities and is a pleasant place to explore. We would love to come back. 5*

WOW!!!! If you were to stay in Hallstatt, this is the place! On the water, beautifully appointed and beyond perfect. Our host Christina was always responsive and the place was immaculate, we can’t thank her enough for the information and the absolute perfection of our stay.

We have stayed at a lot of air bnb’s and the most noteable thing that put Robert’s place ahead of the rest, besides the amazing view and beautiful property, was how welcoming and generous he was. In addition to great recommendations, he went the extra mile to greet us with a thoughtful basket of goodies upon arrival. The property was also impeccably stocked with everything you could possibly need from first aid kits, fully stocked kitchen, and extra toiletries making our stay comfortable and stress free. It is clear the host put a lot of care into creating a great experience for his guests. We highly recommend staying here and would love to come back!

Peter and Myriam are the best hosts I've ever stayed with. They really make you feel like family while you are there. The property is beautiful, and the surrounding area is nothing but gorgeous. This is definitely on our "revist" list for the future!

Absolutely stunning destination and accommodation with everything you need and other luxuries! It exceeded all our expectations. We loved the sauna & jaccuzzi with a view at the terrace. Ingrid was a fantastic host. Her commumication before and during our stay was excellent. She met us personally on arrival and when we left, providing helpful hints and tips about the local area. The apartment was in a great location within Hallstatt and ideal for visiting the surrounding areas. Providing a dedicated parking space outside the apartment was really helpful given the parking restrictions in the village itself. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Ingrid thought of everything from robes to slippers, umbrellas to toiletries and much more. We had a lovely relaxing week and are very grateful for Ingrid's care and consideration throughout. We would highly recommend this apartment if you are visiting Hallstatt and surrounding areas.

Such a paradise! Stunningly beautiful, reachable by train and bus but still so peaceful. Lots of hiking in the surroundings, with almost no other tourists. Birgit and her family was really the friendliest, most helpful people one could imagine. The apartment was spacious and clean, with wonderful view and access to an amazing balcony. We couldn't have asked for anything more! We look so forward to coming back here, and recommend it to everyone!

The stay was very nice and the communication with the host was great. Every morning you could order a small breakfast basket. Gladly again!

Our stay in the apartment right on the slope was simply fantastic! Upon arrival, we were thrilled with the idyllic location: It is beautifully high up and offers stunning views of the picturesque village in the valley and the surrounding mountains. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, stylishly furnished and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked, so we could easily cook ourselves, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We particularly liked the cozy living area with fireplace, which invited us to relax. The possibility of being able to pick up fresh milk every day independently directly on site, visiting the cows and playing with the cats on site was especially great for the children. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. They gave us tips for excursions in the area. The location offers a good starting point for various activities in all seasons.

Host Christine was always available, a very positive, fun and open person. A flexible check-in and check-out. We all felt like at home. A sparkling clean apartment, WELL maintained, high-quality kitchen utensils, bathroom is completely renovated and very clean. We were welcomed with sweets and drinks. Christine is a super host, always looking for everything. The location is GREAT, there is a direct free bus to the Zettersfeldbahn lift. In the basement there is a possibility to leave the skis/ shoes etc. in a separate room. Price-performance is really great. We will definitely come more often, also for hiking and weekend trip, as there is still a small garden with sun loungers and a small pond. In short, just beautiful.

We were supposed to go to Grossglockner, but we liked the place and the area so much that it was most reasonable to give up this idea and postpone it for another trip. The place is perfect for relaxing for groups of up to 6 people and perfect as a base for trips to the surrounding mountains. Nice, pleasant surroundings and a lot of beautiful and easily accessible trekking routes. You can abandon the car and just go to the mountains. I highly recommend

Stefan and his mother and father have created a wonderful place and experience in Sesto/Sexten! I really enjoyed my 6-day stay. Stefan's bread each morning is something to look forward to. And Herbert, his father, was wonderful at giving helpful suggestions for things to do in the area. The view alone from the balcony was worth the stay. The room itself had everything I needed including a great kitchen area. Supermarkets are just a couple blocks away and, as a visitor, the free bus pass is really useful even if you have a car along with you. The location is also great as a base for the numerous hikes in the area - and there are many beautiful spots to see here. Looking forward to returning again one day for another visit!

We had a lovely stay at Georgina’s place. We didn’t mind the walk uphill even with a rolling suitcase. There’s a nice 15 minute walk in the woods to a viewpoint right in back of the apartment! Georgina was super responsive to all our questions. If it matters to you, please be aware that the single sofa bed ( good mattress ) is in the living room and the bunk beds are accessible only through the main bedroom..

I recommend to stay and I will back again

We felt very comfortable from the first moment in the accommodation. Everything was clean, tidy and cozy; perfectly equipped and we especially liked the roof terrace. Despite the fact that the accommodation is in the city center, it was amazingly quiet. As a starting point for any business, it was great for us! Communication with Andreas was very pleasant and fast from the beginning. Andreas is a friendly, communicative guy :) Conclusion: highly recommended!

Great place, host was very kind and answers our every question. We were on our honeymoon and received proseco and rose petals.Beautyfull view from the balcony, well equipped. We will come back here for sure.

An outstanding place to stay! It's huge and perfectly set up. The interior design is amazing, a great modern interpretation of traditional Tirolian style. The huge hot tub, which was ready to use when we arrived, and the Finnish sauna are amazing highlights.. The apartment is located in the center of the small town with stores, restaurants, and wonderful trails in easy walking distance. This stay was a special experiance that we will remember for a long time to come! 10 out of 10.

We have no words to describe how much we love staying in Hannes and Claudia's apartment. From the first contact here, always helpful, friendly and attentive. Upon arriving Hannes received us and in addition to presenting the apartment, he gave us tips on what to do in the area, presented where the supermarket, bakery and walks were located (everything very close). We are positively impressed by the cleanliness of the place and beyond said the way Hannes and Claudia thought of absolutely everything (had cutlery, pots, hot tub…) a super complete location. We will definitely come back more often and refer it to our friends and family. Thanks for your excellent stay. They made our trip even more amazing!

Beautiful apartment right next to the ski lift. We visited during low season and it was just as serene. Would definitely go back

Wow, wow, wow this place is so beautiful and magical. Views of the Dolomites straight out your window. Beautifully appointed cabin with everything you need. The spa and saunas are fantastic after a day of exploring this incredibly gorgeous part of our planet. Ilaria is the most welcoming host even offering fresh eggs and locally made cheese. This portion of our Italian holiday will remain etched in our memories forever.

We had a wonderful weekend at the Sky apartment. Check-in was super easy and we felt right at home. Upon arrival, we were surprised with a card, sweets and a bottle of sparkling wine. The highlight was of course the hot tub on the balcony with beautiful views.
