Ideal for a vacation with 2, max. 3 families or small groups. House on three floors, space ideal for 8-10 people (in exceptional cases max. 12). On the first floor, there is a common living room with a kitchen block and a large table as well as an additional lounge with a sofa bed (thus usable as a 5th bedroom). On the 2nd floor, two large triple rooms, balcony, floor shower and two toilets. On the 3rd floor, two double bedrooms, balcony, shower and toilet. Time out in the original monument with modern comforts - right on the Ziller. If you've always wanted to know how people used to live in the Zillertal, then you can get an idea of it here: Much is original. We have only added a little comfort, so that you can, for example, take a warm shower without having to heat up beforehand... ;-) In our garden you can spend wonderful summer days, go shopping or eat right in the village and the ski resorts are also very close...

The 2-story property is the oldest surviving miners' house from the time when there was a mine in the mountain Reither Kogel in St. Gertraudi. It consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (with a shower) and can therefore accommodate 4 people.

In the middle of a meadow with orchards, our vacation home is in a secluded location. The old part from the 16th century was formerly used as a granary. The large terrace is for the exclusive use of our guests. Garden furniture, deck chairs and a grill are provided.
