A beautiful apartment where we immediately felt comfortable. It's even nicer than the photos. The garden and the view of the lake are also a dream. Hannes was always there when we had a question. Couldn't be better. However, it takes about 15-20 minutes to get to the lake, as you cannot walk through the private facilities to the lake. But that's not a big deal. A little movement is good! And the path goes through the vineyards. The idyllic chapel is very nice, but you will actually be awakened at 7 o'clock by the sound of the bells. I didn't mind, but my son couldn't sleep anymore. But that has been described many times and we knew that in advance. We will definitely be happy to come back and today at the departure we were very sad to have to leave again...thank you for the beautiful days!

We felt incredibly comfortable at the Brantenhof and with Carmen. We would have loved to extend it. This stay was the highlight of our 12-day road trip through the Alpine region. What a warm welcome, what a tasteful interior, what a perfect place to rest.

We had a great time staying at the place. The apartment is perfectly located, was extremely clean and everything necessary was available, kitchen well equipped. We were there only for a night’s haltover, during a road trip. Awesome place with a beautiful terrace view, and high quality interiors. Manuela was always responsive and helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer but that’s for next time.

Had a wonderful stay in Brez, on the balcony you can sit with a view of the village and the mountains. The apartment was clean and the kitchen had everything you need in a kitchen. The area is quiet, but if you are by car there are plenty of beautiful places in the area. We had a lovely stay!

Bright sunny apartment with a large well- equipped terrace and a heautiful view where we were able to eat all our meals. Kitchen has been very thoughtfully stocked with utensils, including kettle, toaster and microwave. The weather was hot, and the washing machine was a bonus. Eppan is a very nice town and hosts left a wide selection of information to help make the most of it. Sonia and Michele were friendly and available hosts, and we would most certainly stay again. Lovely place!

My husband and I stayed at Herbert's for five nights with two motorcycles. We received precise instructions regarding the parking facilities, and we were satisfied. The accommodation was exemplary. In this beautiful area, we should have asked for a room with a balcony, as such a breakfast on the balcony with this panorama is enchanting Herbert also has good wines to offer, which grow right on the doorstep, So, by and large, very good

The stay in Daniel's apartment was very good. It was very clean and included all the things you need for a pleasant stay. The location, right at the beginning of the Goldgasse in Kaltern, is very good and you have all the necessary things (bakery, supermarket, restaurants) within walking distance. Communication with Daniel was very good and you received answers to inquiries in the shortest possible time. Thank you.

The apartment is located in an extremely well-maintained residential complex with an unusual and beautiful green area. It is modern and tastefully furnished with a lot of love and is in top condition. We especially enjoyed the beautiful weather-protected terrace. We also appreciated the narrower terrace at the back with the wonderful view towards the village of Tyrol and the 2 comfortable seating areas. The location of the apartment is optimal – pleasant ambience, the expressway to Bolzano is quickly accessible, 5 minutes' walk away a good butcher (Siebenforcher), where you can also buy cheese, bread, milk, wine, etc. (a more relaxed alternative to the supermarket for small items). The city center and the Tappeiner Promenade are within walking distance and there is an underground car park where you can park in a relaxed way – what more could you want! Birgit is a great host – always easy to reach and very nice. Thank you very much – we will be happy to come back.

The most relaxing and perfect spot for a getaway! Monika was the most kind and gracious host, from a cocktail on arrival to sending us a South Tyrol guest pass for free public transport plus more. She was always available by message, and made the stay perfect. The house was just incredible. Absolutely spotlessly clean with everything you need for a stay from dishwasher tablets to extra towels etc. The views were great, we sat on the balcony almost every day, just so peaceful and relaxing. We really enjoyed the jam & juice that Monika had made and gave us on arrival too, and loved watching the farmers that surround the property working - it really added to the experience! Thank you Monika for an amazing stay, we will definitely be back and would recommend anyone to stay here, it is phenomenal!!

We spent 5 nights in a beautiful apartment that leaves nothing to be desired. It was the best apartment we've ever stayed in. From the impeccable cleanliness, to the fantastic view from the balcony, to the extraordinarily warm hospitality of the hosts, everything fits here. Those looking for peace and relaxation are in the right place. We can recommend this apartment to anyone without reservation. Unfortunately, we were unlucky with the weather, but in the sun the beautiful roof terrace is certainly a dream. The communication with Ingrid was great. We didn't miss anything (except sun ;-) )

Best apartment in Europe v modern and wonderful location

Such a beautiful home with the most kind family! Everything was so clean and easy to find. Very well located and a short drive to Bolzano. Would 100% stay here again!

4-night stay, as a couple, in Auna di Sotto... in a tastefully furnished apartment, impeccably clean. We were warmly welcomed by Aaron and his whole family (the place is also a beautiful family story), we already miss the delicious homemade cakes left every day in front of our door (by Aaron's Mom). Small grocery store in all "honesty" for basic needs (what a good idea), the jacuzzi and the wood-fired sauna with a just magnificent view, everything is there for a "special" stay! Thank you, thank you...

An outstanding place to stay! It's huge and perfectly set up. The interior design is amazing, a great modern interpretation of traditional Tirolian style. The huge hot tub, which was ready to use when we arrived, and the Finnish sauna are amazing highlights.. The apartment is located in the center of the small town with stores, restaurants, and wonderful trails in easy walking distance. This stay was a special experiance that we will remember for a long time to come! 10 out of 10.

Anna was an excellent host! She communicated wonderfully the entire time! Her place is just beautiful and clean and spacious! It was a refreshing stay and had everything we needed! The proximity of the apartment to restaurants and the central town was better than we expected. Views out of the window were beautiful, seeing the mountains and the village was stunning!

We have stayed at a lot of air bnb’s and the most noteable thing that put Robert’s place ahead of the rest, besides the amazing view and beautiful property, was how welcoming and generous he was. In addition to great recommendations, he went the extra mile to greet us with a thoughtful basket of goodies upon arrival. The property was also impeccably stocked with everything you could possibly need from first aid kits, fully stocked kitchen, and extra toiletries making our stay comfortable and stress free. It is clear the host put a lot of care into creating a great experience for his guests. We highly recommend staying here and would love to come back!
