Lake house holiday rentals in Kalterer See

It was a lovely place to stay, so close to the Lake with a choice of 4 different places to eat very close by. The house was perfect for 5 of us, a bathroom for each couple. Very well equipped kitchen, nice modern feel to the house. Rachele always responded to any questions very quickly and did everything to accommodate us. I would definitely recommend this house.

The highlight is the view. Simply amazing and fantastic!! There is nothing missing in the apartment and Nicole is super helpful and also gives good tips & recommendations for the area. She was always quick and easy to reach. The location is very quiet and perfect for unwinding. There are many restaurants and markets in the area. You feel very local, as there are no tourists and many Italian villages. So you experience Italy in the original 😁

Apartment has everything you will ever need and the host is absolutely fantastic. The best views we have ever had from an Airbnb. Could not recommend it more.

We stayed in 8 people and the spaces were ideal, comfortable, and compliant with the description and photos. Fabian and Emira, they were both very responsive in their communications and promptly helped us with the issues we had. The location of the house is in a very quiet and comfortable residential area to reach both the city of Limone and Saló within halfanhour by car.

What an amazing stay! Everything was so perfect, the property is beautiful and being right on the water is so nice! The walk to the ferry is less than 10 minutes and the ferries are super easy to figure out! We absolutely loved it and would stay again!

We had a great time at Stefania's house. The location is great, we almost never needed the car, which is perfect with small children. The beach, bakeries, restaurants and ice cream parlors are all within walking distance. The garden is also beautiful and very large with many seating options.

Duration: 10 days. Excellent accommodation. Great house (actually even more beautiful than in the photos!), fantastic location with great view of the lake, great garden, very quiet (absolutely private), (communal) pool and air conditioning of great advantage in great heat. The entire complex is very well maintained. The hostess is very attentive, personable and friendly. We really liked the place Cassone (shortly before or behind Malcesine). Not a tourist stronghold, but somehow typically Italian, everything still "normal". Ideal location for excursions in all directions. Fantastico! We plan to come back.. :-)

We choose Silvia’s apartment for two reasons after a lot of looking on line . We wanted a lovely view of the Lake and a great location to catch the ferries to explore further . Silvia’s place was ideal , very comfortable to come back to after a long day . Salo is a great base and Silvia’s apartment is quiet , comfortable beds with a bit of the Italian quirky. We really enjoyed our stay and thank Clara ( Silvia’s Mum ) for picking us up from the wrong bus stop . Highly recommend.

What a stunning place to stay. The views are incredible. The house is beautiful with everything you could need. The pool is perfect and the 3 min walk to the beach/lake make this location brilliant.

We had a fantastic time. The apartment has a wonderful garden and views. The location is great. You can get directly to the lake via a tunnel and reach everything you need, within walking distance and by car in a few minutes. The apartment is adequately furnished, could only possibly use some love with curtains or images. The kitchen has a basic equipment. If you plan to cook a lot yourself, you should bring everything you need. Marco and Giorgia were great hosts and always available. We will definitely be back! 😊

Lovely house. Much nicer in real life than in pictures. Nice to have a garden/terrace and pool for relaxing. Quiet location. A few nice restaurants 10 min walk. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed the house.

We were a party of Five adults (All family) who stayed there for a week and the apartment was perfect for location to all the local amenities (Shops, Bars, Restaurants, Beach Lido and Ferries) the Train Station is at the top of the town so a 10 min walk or a few mins in a Taxi The apartment was spotlessly clean and very modern. Its on the second, third and forth floors so a few stairs on entry but not an issue for anyone with modest health. The entry floor has the kitchen, bathroom and a double bedroom, the next floor up has two double bedrooms and another bathroom and finally the top floor has a small living room with TV, a small south facing balcony (very handy for drying washing) and a further bathroom Its quite clear that this apartment is maintained to a very high quality and Luca the Host cannot be more helpful and Desenzano is a stunningly beautiful lake town If you want to visit Lake Garda pick this apartment to stay at

Davide is a fantastic host! He responds very quickly and will do all possible to make your stay memorable. Great communication in English. He and Lisa really made it all easy! The house is beautifully refurbished with a garden at the front. The room on the ground floor has an open fire where you can grill or simply sit around the table and eat, play games or just chat. A wonderful room! The first floor is the second kitchen and sitting room with a fabulous sofa, great for lounging if the weather is bad. The kitchen contains a normal oven and an additional small oven which can be used as a toaster. On the top floor are two bedrooms; one with en suite bathroom, with washing machine, and the other with toilet next to it. The town of Tarzo is perfect for exploring the Veneto/Treviso region. It is a nice town and just next to the house is a good supermarket. The ladies who work there are lovely! Davide's house is a special place, I highly recommend it!

We spent a week with our dog as guests at Simone and Simona's and it was just perfect for us. The apartment was nice and cool at 36 degrees outside temperature, if it is not cool enough, you can use the air conditioning, but it is also very pleasant without it. The garden area is also beautiful and you can relax here. Bed linen and towels are provided, which saves a lot of luggage. A parking space on the premises is also available, so you can always park your car safely. You also get great tips for the area and if you have questions and write to the two, then we never had to wait longer than 15-30 minutes for an answer, rather only 5 minutes. It's great to have such friendly, helpful and easily accessible hosts. The beach is also within walking distance, as well as various bars and restaurants. Even Lidl is just a short walk away. We gladly recommend the accommodation and Simone & Simona.

We stayed here three nights (2 adults, 2 children and 1 baby) and we enjoyed it very much! The location of the house is really great, with great views, in a beautiful place above Lake Garda. Everything was very clean and new, the beds very comfortable and in the kitchen there was everything we needed. The outdoor area is beautifully designed and always a real oasis in summer! Check-in and communication with Davide was very easy and nice! We immediately felt comfortable and would definitely come back :)

The place was very good and clean. In addition, communication with Anna and other tenants was very smooth. Our requests were also responded to quickly. For example, we received a toaster and a baby high chair very quickly upon request. The property was also close to the beach, in a good location and in a quiet area. The only downside was that the downstairs resident set his alarm clock a few mornings so that it could be heard in our apartment, waking some of us. We also ran out of hot water once during our stay. After a few hours of waiting, however, hot water was available again.

The views were breath-taking. You have a beautiful view of the lake. It’s is really postcard-like. The house itself is very clean, and spacious. We really had a wonderful time. One thing to be cautious of is the tiny road for the last 300meters. We have a middle-size SUV and we ended up parking it at the paid public car-park and renting the smallest car possible.

Everything was superlative. Filipo was super, friendly, always available to us. He provided us with snacks and drinks. Helped us with transportation. The villa is great, has in the yard a lake with swans. It's a wonder to wake up in such an environment. Spacious rooms, minimalistly furnished but clean. Bathrooms on both levels, equipped with everything you need. Transportation from Treviso to the villa kinda hard for lack of taxis, but it's not up to the host. It's great if you have a car. I highly recommend staying at this villa. Thank you, Filipo! For sure, if we come back to Venice, man see us again! 👍

Veronica's place is beautiful and well located, it looks even better than the pictures. We had a lovely time and would recommend it.

If you have any doubts about staying in this property, forget them and just book! The house is wonderful. It is one of those gems on Airbnb. Because of its location, every time we looked out a window onto the street below, or walked out of the front gate, people walking by stared in envy. It is surrounded entirely by the lake, and we were treated to wonderful sunsets, baby ducks and swans sailing by, constantly changing horizons. The house itself if completely crazy. It is laid out over three floors, with a really narrow spiral staircase. It is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. But the craziness of the layout just adds to the charm, and there is lots of space and lots of options. We absolutely didn't want to leave!
