Modern 1-room studio apartment suitable for holiday stay or business travel. The studio is connected to our house, but has it's own private entrance. The house is new and modern, and situated on idyllic Snarøya, known for its beaches and its tranquility while still very close to Oslo. Bus every 12 minutes straight downtown. Bus ride to castle is 25 minutes. Fridge, waterboiler and microwave oven. Linen and towels included. The Oslo fjord is 50 meters away, with beaches and walkpaths very close.

Frittliggende koselig hus som ligger i vår hage. Sentral beliggenhet i nærheten av Sandvika sentrum. 10 min til tog, butikker, kino og restauranter. 3min til nærmeste busstopp, lakseberget. Gangavstand til kalvøya og Sjøholmen. Hyggelig og usjenert villaområde i sentrum Huset er nyoppusset med stue/kjøkkenløsning. Soverom med seng,god skapplass. Hyggelig kjellerleilighet på nesten 50m2 som består av, inngangshall, eget soverom, stue og kjøkken og et stort bad, sentralt på Høvik, med kort vei til Sandvika, Lysaker, DNV og Skøyen. Det er gode kollektive tilbud i området og det tar ca 15 minutter med bil/kollektiv transport inn til Oslo sentrum. Også mulighet for gratis parkering om man skulle ha behov for det.

I had a great stay at Amulya’s place! Everything was tidy and clean. Amulya give great instructions on how to get there. And you got the tram that gets you to Oslo city center one block away.

Ce point de chute pour visiter Oslo est idéalement situé.Bus ,train à quelques minutes à pied .Très calme pour se reposer après une journée de ballades.Ann et son compagnon repondent à toutes vos questions;ils sont trés acceuillants et mettent un appartement trés bien équipé à notre disposition. On se sent,comme à la maison.Sandvika ,mérite aussi une visite,bord de mer,commerces,restaurants .Merci encore Ann .

Morten and Patrick are excellent hosts! Our stay was wonderful - the space is so thoughtfully and seamlessly put together and has such spectacular views no matter what time of day. Not to mention, it was so cozy! We didn’t want to leave the comfy bed our last morning. Walking into Oslo’s city center took about 15 minutes so we never felt the need to get on public transit, but there were stops close by. Would definitely recommend a taxi/rideshare from the airport though if you have large luggage since it’s up quite a large hill.

We were extremely impressed with the property. After an initial walkaround my husband was very complimentary about the fixtures and fittings, although wondered about the amount of space available. I then pointed out to him that there was an entire downstairs he hadn't looked around yet... a huge playroom area, a cellar, another bedroom, bathroom and laundry facilities. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to others, and when we return to the area will definitely be checking availability!

We had an absolutely fantastic 3-night stay at Mitra’s place, and what’s even more impressive is that we booked it with less than a day’s short notice! Mitra was incredibly accommodating, even offering us an early check-in to match our early flight, which made everything so much easier. From the moment we arrived, Mitra was warm, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The house was perfect — cozy, clean, and fully equipped for a relaxing getaway. We were blessed with beautiful weather, and spent hours soaking up the sun on the dock while admiring the stunning Oslofjord. It was an absolute highlight of our trip. One of the unique touches that made our stay extra special was the instruments and JBL stereo in the living room. We had such a great time playing music by the water, creating memories that we’ll cherish for a long time. Thank you, Mitra, for your amazing hospitality and for making our stay so memorable. We look forward to coming back!

Modern flat in Nesøya – close to beach and Oslo

Mycket bra värdar, hjälpsamma och löser problem fort. Sofie svarar alltid med en gång. Huset ligger 1-2 minuter gångavstånd till Bussen om man kommer dit med buss. Det är lätt att ta sig till centrum och tillbaka även på sena kvällar. Bästa sängkläder och handdukar. Men ta gärna med en extra till stranden! :D Fint badplats på gångavstånd. Den bästa var i Brønnøya!
