We loved our stay here at Francis’ place! We had everything we needed and the space felt so cozy and was perfect for our family of 3. The bed was huge and so comfortable! The AC was a huge plus as well. We had breakfast and coffee out on the patio and could see part of the ocean which was very nice. Very quiet, we didn’t hear any other people or cars or any disturbances. Lots of great places to eat that are walking distance from the air bnb. If we had any concerns we messaged Francis and he was quick to respond and remedy anything we needed. We will definitely stay here again in the future! Thank you

Maui was our last Hawaiian island to visit, but we didn’t want to stay at a resort. After researching places to stay in Maui, majority of the stays were resorts. Luckily, I found this cozy apartment to stay in that was in a convenient location. The beaches nearby were beautiful and it made it easy to get to them. This spot was great for a couple!

Appartamento perfetto, al piano di sopra (quindi nessun problema di rumorosità da parte di eventuali vicini), a 1 minuto dalla spiaggia di Charley Young, a 5 minuti dalle spiagge più famose (KAM I, II e III) di Kihei. Cucina funzionale, bagno ok. Ottima la dotazione delle sedie da sdraia Tommy Bahama e teli da mare. Se cercate una sistemazione tranquilla e allo stesso tempo strategica è il posto che fa per voi.

Great location. Right across from the beach. The place doesn’t have an ocean view as it’s in one of the units back behind a couple of the other buildings in the same development but you are right there. There is a small retail area right next door. A place called Sugar 808 has great bagels. Highly recommend. Expect roosters to wake you in the AM but that is Hawaii. If you think that will bug you turn on the window AC unit to drown out the crowing. Overall - great place for the price. Would stay here again.

Die Wohnung von Annie ist ein absoluter Traum. Die Lage ist fantastisch. Die gepflegte Anlage befindet sich gleich neben den ganzen Luxushotels in Wailea mit direktem Strandzugang. Es ist wie im Paradies dort. Ich war noch nie in einem so gut ausgestattetem Airbnb zu Gast. Badetücher, Strandliegen, Sonnenschirme, Schnorchelausrüstung, Strandspielzeug, Kühltaschen und noch vieles mehr machen den Urlaub zu einem Erlebnis. Kosmetika, Kaffee, Gewürze, Wattepads, ja sogar Schwimmwindeln waren vorhanden. Annie hat uns auch einen späteren Check out ermöglicht. Das Swimmingpool und der Strandpavillon sind ganz toll. Man kann dort auch seine Lebensmittel in Kühlschränke geben und auch Griller und Herd sind dort vorzufinden. Der Zugang zum bekannten Beachwalk befindet sich gleich neben dem Strand. Es war herrlich dort jeden Tag die 5 km zu gehen. Der Strand ist wunderschön dort. 100-prozentige Weiterenpfehlung. Unbedingt buchen, wenn man nach Maui kommt. We went to Hawaii for the first time and found the best place to spend our 5 wonderful nights. The condo was very clean and cozy, it had everything we needed. Without a doubt, I would stay with them again. Thank you very much for such wonderful hospitality. God bless you.

Micheal was quick to respond and had great recommendations. BONUS Micheal left a $50 gift card to Monkeypod restaurant for us! Monkeypod is a fabulous local craft restaurant! I’ve been to Maui several times And this by far my favorite stay. Micheal’s condo is clean, very comfortable, and centrally located to everything. Mike was the perfect host from start to finish. From the moment I booked his place until -- and even after! -- I checked out, Mike was helpful, friendly, and dedicated to making sure that I had an outstanding stay at his place. He and his team provided welcome snacks and beverages, extra laundry detergent and towels, and everything else I needed to feel at home. The condo was beautiful and spotless -- and what a location! Close to everything and yet at a delightful remove from the hustle and bustle of the nearby town. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

We stayed at Nate’s place for 11 days and it was fantastic. Pictures are accurate, very clean, and the location is great. The place has everything you’d need for a vacation in Maui (beach chairs, beach towels, cooler etc). Nate responded quickly to any questions we had and his guidebook was very helpful for the best places to visit. The place exceeded expectations and we will be back!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this condo in Kihei. The location is literally across the street from a beautiful beach, giving us a stunning sunset everyday. Not far down the road, you'll find plenty of great places to eat. We frequently visited a food truck oasis that had everything. The interior of the property was very clean and tidy. Kitchen had all the supplies we needed. The lanai had plenty of beach gear to use. I'd be happy to rent this property again. Mahalo!

From the moment we walked in, we were struck by how beautifully decorated the space was—every detail felt thoughtful, welcoming, and true to the spirit of Hawaii. The home was incredibly comfortable, with cozy furnishings, a well-equipped kitchen, and serene bedrooms that made it easy to relax after a day of exploring the island. We loved waking up to the gentle sounds of nature and enjoying our morning coffee with a view. This place truly felt like a home away from home. We can’t wait to return!

We were surprised at the thoughtful presentation of this beautiful condo. It's in an upscale, manicured development with mature landscaping, and has two outdoor spaces at either end of the condo, one a private walled courtyard and the other a sweet backyard for listening to the bird chorus each morning. Wonderful welcome book with smart, relevant suggestions, loads of extras in the beach closet, well equipped kitchen, spacious king suite with beautiful bath, and a comfy hide-a-bed sleeper. Quiet, private space, great pool/hot tub, and walking distance to snorkeling and prime community beach. We would return in a heartbeat.

Great location! Walking distance to a few excellent beaches. The place was quiet. Great views from the balcony. Fully stocked kitchen. Mark was very responsive and gave us great recommendations.

The condo was just like the pictures, and the amenities were great! John was very responsive and made everything super easy. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

The location in Kihei was perfect for our trip to Haleakalā National Park, only a one-hour drive! There were also many beaches and restaurants within walking distance of the condo.

Overall just as described and the bed was comfy. I also appreciate that there were beach items provided for free (three beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkelling goggles, rain umbrella/ rain hat, and two pool noodles). They had everything we needed for our trip!

We came here for our 20th anniversary. The views and beach are unparalleled. It is a more private setting and not walkable to downtown Kihei. This was perfect for us because we just wanted a chill place to be. It is still very accessible to the entire island and Kihei is really easy to get to. We will absolutely stay here again when we come back to Maui!

Really nice! Loved the view and the building is perfect direction for sunset. Condo was clean and big. The only thing I would say is that they should maybe add Tupperware and ziplocks but other than that the condo and host were great!!
