Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kamaole Beach Park I

It was a great home. It was in a central location to get to all the places we wanted to visit. We loved to just walk around the area, great food, great shopping nearby!!

This home is extremely well equipped with everything you may need. Kitchen tools, speaker to play music, beach gear and towels, it's all there. The house has a beautiful garden and it's a quiet neighborhood. Cassie is very responsive and flexible. She gave us some great recommendations in the area. The location of the house is very convenient, centrally located on the island. Beds are comfortable and so is the living room. If we come back to Maui we will stay here again!

This house is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, with easy access to major destinations on the island. k Kitchen is fully stocked and bathroom is clean. The retractable roof shade is really nice! The host is friendly and nice to communicate. Hope to be back sometime in the future. Thank you so much for the accomodation!

Scott was a helpful and very friendly host. He gave us a ton of tips and guides on what to do in Maui. His place is so close to the beach that it is highly recommended to walk to the beach early in the morning, around 6am, to get the most out of his location. His place was spotless and clean, with no issues. He has all the kitchen items you needed if you wanted to make a quick breakfast before heading out to the road to Hana, or to the national park! He is such a great host and I will be going back to him when I visit Maui again in the near future. As always, please start your mornings early! Around 6/7am the latest, because Maui is incredible during the early mornings. Scott has a ton of recommendations so he will help you with any advice that you need to really make the most out of your Maui trip. 5/5 stars for Scott and for Scott’s Airbnb. Excellent location, beautiful view, house was well stocked and the communication was terrific from both homeowner Steve alongside the property manager Walker. Speedy responses to any questions we had. Our family had a blast in Maui and would rent from Steve again. Steve also had great recommendations for local eating alongside a picturesque sunset spot. For our family of five, Steve's home was a winner.

Great place to stay. My husband and I, my 4 young children, as well my parents stayed here for our 9 day Hawaii vacation. This place was like being at home with all the things you could need! There was snorkeling gear, beach towels, a beach wagon, fins, water shoes of various sizes, etc. in the garage. We didn’t have to buy anything for the beach! Inside was comfortable and clean. Couldn’t have been better! Walking distance to Kihei Village and lots of fun places around!

Great space with beautiful partial ocean view for a family with kids. There is a spacious comfortable bedroom (springy slightly worn mattress but slept well enough) with nice bathroom for the adults and a smaller kid size space and pint size bathroom in the loft. Charley Young beach is a hop across the street and is perfect for easy waves and relaxing. There are even more gorgeous beaches a 10 minute drive south. The apartment is a 10 minute walk to the Maui Gardens and food trucks, surfing lessons, and plenty of other food and grocery options. We used all of the apartment’s amenities including beach towels, cooler, ice packs, beach umbrella, tennis things, and pool (though beware if the fun police are out). Occasionally the people noise in the corridor outside the bedroom window at all hours was disruptive but usually didn’t last long. The drive to other parts of the island was easy, 45 min to Lahaina and 35 to Road to Hana. We had a terrific time and were very happy with our stay!

Our stay in Kihei was great! Anke’s place was very cute and comfortable with a perfect view from the lanai. All communication was professional and reliable 💕

The place was just as described. It was within walking distance to a really nice beach. The chairs/umbrella for the beach were great and we used them extensively. We really liked that the washer and dryer were in the unit so we had fresh towels when needed. Would definitely come back

Melissa was an amazing host. Her place was very clean and well stocked with cleaning supplies and beach items. This is one our favorite hosts and locations. We would definitely come back.

Both beds were extremely comfortable. The location couldn’t have been more perfect just steps away from Kam II beach and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Everything was perfect for our short 2 night stay and we would definitely stay here again!

Brie's AirBnB was the perfect mini vacation for us and our children. Highlights: We enjoyed going out the back patio to the private pool on the property. The AirBnB is on the ground floor which also made it easier to come and go. But the main part is we ALL felt at home. Plenty food places to go to. We went to Nalu's and Kihei Caffe :) We are so very grateful synchronicity brought us to Brie's Airbnb. Mahalo for the last-minute booking!

Great location, ideally centralized to explore the island, great view of the sea, very convenience apartment unit.

Our recent stay at this Maui Airbnb was absolutely fantastic. The location couldn’t be more perfect — it’s so close to the beach, great restaurants, and even a golf course, making it incredibly convenient for exploring and relaxing. The space itself is well-equipped and thoughtfully designed, especially if you enjoy cooking at home. It has everything you could need to prepare delicious meals, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One of my favorite features was the refreshing ocean breeze that flows through the room — we didn’t need to turn on the AC at all, which made it so comfortable. Communication with the host was a breeze. They were very responsive and even replied immediately when I messaged late at night, which I truly appreciated. The place was spotless and maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. And I have to mention my favorite spot — the reclining chair. After long walks and busy days exploring Maui, it was the perfect place to kick back and relax. Mahalo!

This place was excellent! They thought of everything you could possibly need. It was perfect for my sons, my husband and me. We made meals in the kitchen, used the beach equipment. Very, very pleased!

I love staying in Kihei and this didn’t disappoint. The space was quiet and clean. Walking distance to the beach and local shops and eateries. Pool was nice. Parking was easy. Bed was super comfortable. Would def stay again.

Dmitry is very responsive. We loved how centrally located his place was. We have a 2 year old so having places nearby was key. 2 beaches walking distance, local cafes that opened at 6:45am, and so close to foodland and abc store made the stay that much easier and fun. The master bathroom had a tiny leak in the shower and he and his team were responsive in getting it fixed. All amenities were available as listed. And there were plenty of beach towels, 2 beach chairs, and even sand toys for our little one. We loved our stay, would definitely stay here again. Thank you for being a great host.

James's condo in Kihei offers stunning ocean views, breathtaking sunsets, and easy access to the beach. It is one of the nicest and best-located places we've stayed, providing excellent value. The home was immaculate and contained everything we needed to feel comfortable. It was just a short walk to a supermarket, restaurants, and cafes. As the condo's title suggests, we enjoyed fantastic sunsets from our private lanai, and the early morning beach walks were incredibly romantic. Communication with James was excellent as well. We highly recommend this wonderful condo and wouldn't hesitate to stay at James's home again. Thank you, James!

My wife and I had a great time at Todd’s place. The location is great, lots of food trucks and coffee shops steps away from the condo. There is a friendly surf spot just in front of the condo. The condo is very well equipped with brand new appliances. I totally recommend this place!

Our stay could not have been better. The unit was very well equipped, had everything we needed. The view gland location could not be beat. We will definitely be back!

Sara is a fantastic host! She is very easy to communicate with, responds quickly and gives great recommendations. The condo is well situated across from Kamaole III (we watched the sunset there every night) and in close walking distance/short drive to other great beaches. Sara’s condo was a great home base and had everything we needed (beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels etc.). We definitely would not hesitate to stay again!

This is truly a hidden gem. The condo building is quite small with only 3 floors, no elevator, and sits directly on the beach. It seems that it is part of a neighborhood rather than a commercially developed area. A neighbors, who rents every year, shared the walk ability to a restaurant and wine bar literally around the corner. The pool was spotless with an abundance of chaise lounges. In short, the location is fabulous. The unit was also a find. It was as shown in the pictures, very clean, and well appointed. Being on the 2nd floor it afforded a stunning view. We truly wanted for nothing. Patrick was wonderful to work with being personable, responsive and helpful from the very beginning. The only down side is the heat in the bedroom. It was intolerably hot for sleeping as there is no a/c in this room. There is a pull out sofa bed in the LR that we seriously considered. We opted to freeze in the LR in order to try to sleep in the BR. All in, it was a great place!! Highly recommend!
