Wow, what a beautiful stay! This place was so peaceful and quaint. Very relaxing way to end our day with a cup of tea on the balcony. Amenities were great and the hosts working the front desk were very helpful with getting our luggage transferred to our next hotel. An excellent place to stay, it is about 10 - 15 minutes from Kyoto station that served us a lot, also to transport to other important places the bus stops were 1 street very close. We were able to leave our bags before our check-in they have good space for large suitcases!!, that helped us a lot to get to know and come back to be check in afterwards.

Worth every bit what we paid for. Location was amazing - 5min walk from station, a Lawsons next door, 2 amazing restaurants in a block, Nishiki market a 10min walk - and still so quiet! The shower and bathtub were exquisite. You need to stay at this place.

Conveniently located, right in the heart of Kyoto, many discoveries to do on foot nearby! The room itself was very clean, functional, the bedding very comfortable (the pillows a little hard compared to what we are used to, but this is the case in many places in Japan), the bathroom with the large shower was also very nice. Flexible check-in with the possibility to leave your luggage at the reception (padlock system) outside of the check-in times. Anyway, we'll be back with pleasure!
