The house is situated in the countryside in a small village on a hill near Koper and is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. It is an ideal choice for couples or families, lovers of nature and rural life.

Bivališče je oddaljeno od središča mesta 400m, in omogoča preprost dostop do vseh pomembnih točk. Smo v peš coni in območju kolesarske proge PARENZANA. Za dolg sprehod in kolesarje vabi cesta ob morju, do Kopra je samo 4.7 km, pod stoletnimi borovci. Na kolesarski poti proti Portorožu in Piranu, imate dva vzpona in tunela stare železnice PARENZANA. Izola ima mestno plažo Svetilnik, zelo čisto morje je tu. Plaža ima naravno senco starih borovcev. Plavamo tudi do sredine oktobra.

There is also the possibility to catch the sun in front of the terrace door. The place is fully renovated in natural stone from slovenian Karst and wood from the region of Julian Alps.

Extremly relaxing destination. We are located in the top of the hill in a very quiet place, surrounded with pure nature. You can enjoy observing sun rises and sun sets, together with delicious local food & wine... and simply relax. Or, you can choose more active stay while exploring neighborhood walking on food paths all arround, cycling or running. Your stay will be very calm as your holidays should be. Also, our stay is just 15 min drive to Coast and city centres.

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded.
