Very spacious apartment in the idyllic Eggenertal between orchards and vineyards. Particularly quiet on the outskirts of town in a quasi-secluded location with its own large garden, secluded with absolute privacy. Herbs as well as fruit and vegetables are available for self-service depending on the season, organically grown. The house is operated as a +Energy building with rainwater supply. The apartment is designed as an open loft with kitchen, living room and bedroom. The private bathroom is separate.

Charming private room in a farmhouse

Our farmhouse is situated at the famous black forest western hiking trail and on a hill with views overlooking three countries. Our guest room offers a small kitchen unit with a fridge where our guests can prepare breakfast and cold meals. There is no water supply in the bedroom but in the spacious bathroom opposite. You can find restaurants from vegan, traditional to haute cusine within a less than a mile. There are buses to Basel, Lörrach and Kandern. By car it takes 20 minutes to Basel.

Quiet guesthouse in romantic surroundings!

Recently built guesthouse on the property of an old mill. We (two families) live in the main building. Both apartments have a seperate entrance and a terrace showing to the little creek which gives it a romantic touch. The place is 10 km from Basel which can be reached by bus or train in about 30 minutes. In the village nearby you´ll find a supermarket and other stores. Good starting point to explore the Black Forrest. The mixture of nature and civilisation makes it a special place!

We booked the accommodation in the Hoeve with the Roßkopf/Zeller family last minute and have never been so pleasantly surprised, upon arrival at the farm. Because what a beautiful place. The accommodation was built by the Roßkopf family and has been worked on with great care and attention. It is located on the grounds where the family lives and where you feel part of the hustle and bustle of a farm. In addition, you have complete privacy. The family is very warm, we felt very welcome. The house was actually even more beautiful than we had thought beforehand. The village itself is very quiet, and you are surrounded by the vineyards. The area also offers many opportunities for relaxation, cycling and hiking. We thank the family for a wonderful stay and certainly hope to come back again!
