Eine kurze Fahrt mit Auto/Bus zur UNESCO Kurstadt Baden-Baden mit historischen Gebäuden, Parks, Gärten, Skulpturen, Kunst, Museen und natürlichen Thermalquellen.

Villa Maria, a fairy tale house in Alsace

Welcome to Villa Maria, our fairy tale guest house in a calm location next to the forest and with a vast garden in the village Lauterbourg in Northern Alsace, France. It's just 5 min by foot to the heart of the village with a couple of bakeries, restaurants, a grocery store and small shops, or 10 min to the beach & lake. It's only 2 min by car from Germany, and a perfect location for exploring the Rhine border region Karlsruhe-Strasbourg, or for a rest on the way when travelling across Europe.

Vacation home Southern Wine Route, Niederotterbach

Niederotterbach is a small village located a little off the beaten track of the big wine villages of the Southern Wine Route. Alsace, the German Wine Gate, the Palatinate Forest, Landau and all other sights are easily accessible from here by car or bike. At the winery, you will experience an apartment that is furnished between modernity and history. It impresses with a cozy charm with lots of wood and attention to detail. The apartment was completely renovated in the summer of 2021.

The romantic picture book town of Gleiszellen-Gleishorbach between the Palatinate Forest and the Rhine plain offers varied excursion opportunities . "Tiny cottage" in downtown Bad Bergzabern. The cottage consists of a high, bright, open space with a gallery. Downstairs is the living area, the small functional bathroom with shower and an open kitchen, upstairs are the beds. At the large dining table or in the two cozy armchairs with poufs for your feet, you can settle in. The cottage is the ideal chic "base camp" for nature experiences in the Palatinate Forest, tours to nearby Alsace, the vineyards and much more.

Vacation home "JungPfalzTraum" in the Palatinate Forest

Bring the whole family to this great place. A great garden to relax, also suitable for hiking enthusiasts. The Jungpfalzhütte starts directly from the house. Make a nice campfire, relax in the wellness lounge, relax in the infrared sauna and treat yourself to a break. Children are also welcome: There is a trampoline and a large nest swing for romping and playing in the house.

In the heart of the old town is our cottage. Centrally located - yet quiet - our two apartments are located in a parallel street to the pedestrian zone. You will find everything you need for your daily needs in the immediate vicinity. The apartment on the ground floor is 35 sqm and consists of a small dining kitchen, living-bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Cozy apartment in a former winemaker's house

The approx. 30 sqm apartment has been renovated with ecological building materials. The walls are plastered with clay and the floor was laid with wooden planks, creating a cozy atmosphere. In the apartment there is a fully equipped kitchenette with a two-burner stove, a fridge and a coffee maker. The two rooms are separated by a passageway.
