The Duisburg houseboat Lore in the heart of the city

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

We offer spacious rooms for individuals to entire families. Our accommodation is idyllically located on the edge of the village, adjacent to a nature reserve with a lake and yet in a central location. Includes common areas such as kitchen, bathroom, guest toilet and a large fireplace room with foosball, dartboard and reading corner. There is also a large terrace with a grill and fire basket. The transport connection is also excellent, with fast access to the A57, A40 and A42.

Signal Tower City

The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. With love for the details and an eye for its historical origins, a unique and extremely atmospheric location has been created. On the 1st floor there is the loft-like living area with a cozy living/dining area - and the unique 180-degree view. On the lower level there are the 2 bedrooms, the laundry room and the shower room with a toilet.

Smaller semi-detached house near the city center (4 people)

There is only cold water in the kitchen; warm water can be fetched from the bathroom right next to it. The apartment is quiet and centrally located, with a magical bathroom including corner bathtub, underfloor heating and towel rail heating. There is also a free parking space right next to the apartment (please drive slowly because of our deaf cat) and access to the garden. The bed is 1.40 m wide and the extended sofa bed is 1.20 m wide. WLAN and LAN are available.

Welcome to our comfortable apartment in quiet but well-connected Krefeld-Traar! The apartment is perfect for a relaxing weekend or a short vacation – whether you are traveling for business or pleasure. It offers everything you need for a comfortable stay and is centrally located with quick access to Düsseldorf, Duisburg and the Ruhr area. Traar is close to the A57 (towards Nijmegen, Düsseldorf, Neuss & Cologne) and A40 (towards Venlo, Essen & Duisburg).

The 115 square meter apartment in Tönisberg has its own entrance with 2 parking spaces. On foot, a Netto can be reached and you are quickly on the highway. On the balcony, with chairs and a small table, you can relax in the evening while enjoying the sunset. The apartment is dog-friendly, with which you can go for a good walk in the fields. It has two single beds, a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. You can watch TV or play darts.

The apartment in the municipality of Kerken in the district of Nieukerk, centrally and quietly located, on the first floor. On approx. 80 square meters there is a living room (with sofa bed - additional 2 sleeping places), kitchen, 2 bedrooms and bathroom. Vacationers, trade fair guests, craftsmen are welcome. Wi-Fi access (fiber optic) is available. Good transport connections (A 40, B9, train RE 10 "NiersExpress", Düsseldorf or Weeze airport)

The suite consists of a living room with dining area, open kitchen, double bedroom, hallway and bathroom with walk-in shower. From the balcony you have a beautiful skyline view. There are numerous restaurants, shopping, bus station and good highway connections in the immediate vicinity.
