In the sunny valley of Zell am See - Kaprun, in a typical Alpine village of Niedernsill, we run our guest house Pension Gassner. It is located about 1 km from the nearest ski lift (Areitbahn), 10 minutes walk and 4 minutes by car. There is a very large parking lot. And about 5 minutes from the nearest ski bus stop. Zell am See city is 3 min drive. The lake is less than 5 minutes by bike. The house is surrounded by mountains that are all climbable, there is plenty of hiking fun for every level.

The hotel is situated right across from the ski slope, with views of the Stubnerkogel cable car and the ski area from the balcony. The Felsentherme spa is just 300 m away, and the train station only 350 m. Please note: a tourist tax of €4.80 per adult, per day is mandatory and must be paid in cash upon arrival or departure.
