Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

Das Haus ist wunderschön und die Küche ist super eingerichtet, man kann sofort loskochen. Auch das Esszimmer ist super - das Wohnzimmer ist sehr gemütlich. Das Masterschlafzimmer ist toll, die anderen Zimmer deutlich kleiner, das trifft auch auf das Bad zu. Es ging aber. Der Boden knarzt laut, das war ungewohnt, ist aber bei Bauernhäusern halt so.

Tolles, modernes Wohlfühl- Chalet im schönen Filzmoos. Wir haben die Zeit als Familie dort sehr genossen. Andrea und Oliver sind sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Super Kommunikation und stets erreichbar. Absolut Empfehlenswert!

Vom Check-in bis Check-out hat alles bestens geklappt. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der bei Fragen gut erreichbar ist. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft, besonders auch aufgrund der guten Lage.

auch bei vielen kurzfristige Änderungen sehr hilfsbereit und kein Problem diese umzusetzen. sei es eine spontane Umbuchung des gewünschten Zeitraumes, eine Person mehr und individuelle Wünsche auf mehr "einzel"Schläfer als normal. die Gastgeberin kann ich nur bestens weiter empfehlen!

Leider waren wir nur für zwei Nächte in diesem tollen Haus von Ute. Ute ist eine tolle und herzlicher Gastgeberin. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Leider ist das Haus sehr lange im Vorfeld ausgebucht. Wir können immer nur kurzfristig. Danke Ute für die schönen Tage

A very charming and eclectic home to stay at for our holiday. It looks very much like the photos, but has an added charm to it that can’t be conveyed by photos. It is an older home but has all of the modern amenities that you need for your stay, such as a fully functioning kitchen. The plunge pool is cold and refreshing on a hot day and our son enjoyed playing in the backyard. Although it isn’t necessarily the most child proof home, Ingo made sure that we had a crib with bedding and a child safety gate for our 2 year old. There were also some toys provided for our toddler to play with. We enjoyed our stay and felt right at home.

We had a very nice stay at this place and the host was really friendly. i would recommend thia place to others, as it is a perfect location to start hikes or bike trips.

It was beautiful decorated, spacious, quiet, and welcoming. Communication was excellent. Well worth the fee and we only wish we could have stayed longer.

We had a great stay. We appreciate the privacy of the house, it's an ideal stay for families with small kids. I hope we can come back again one day!

Es war ein super Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit bei Angie genossen. Die Ausgangslage von dort aus ist top. Sie war immer hilfsbereit und super erreichbar! Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Mein Aufenthalt in Berchtesgaden war einfach super! Die Unterkunft war nicht nur sehr sauber und gemütlich, sondern vor allem die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles war gut erreichbar – sowohl die Sehenswürdigkeiten als auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und kann die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

It’s been an amazing time in Kirchberg. The house is such a wonderful and beautiful place. Just a view minutes (walking distance) from the city center and nearby hiking trials. The apartment is perfect for a group of people. Haven’t seen such a well equipped kitchen at a Airbnb.

Wir hatten trotz schlechtem Wetter eine tolle Zeit. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich wunderschön und man hat alle was man braucht. Wir waren absolut zufrieden und können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Very warm and welcoming host. She waited for us even when we were late and settled us in nicely explaining the apartment. Very nice surrounding with very good view of the alps and snowy mountains. Very well stocked kitchen and very clean towels. Totally recommend if you are staying in the area. Will definitely visit again.

We had an amazing time at the chalet! The value for the place was fantastic. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna and hot tub. Every room was in pristine condition and we were grateful for all of us to have our own bathrooms. The beds are firm but comfortable. There was no snow when we stayed however the fall leaves were absolutely stunning to see. Would love to stay there again during ski season!

Sehr schönes und sauberes Haus. Für 4-6 Personen eine perfekte Größe. Die Lage ist ruhig. Mit dem Auto ist alles gut erreichbar. Diverse Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen und Ski fahren. Wir hatten keinerlei Probleme. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Alles war wie beschrieben. Sehr nette Gastgeberinnen. Gute Unterkunft um in der Umgebung viel zu unternehmen.

The kitchen was well-equipped, and the mesmerizing mountain view from the deck was unforgettable. We loved spending time in the cheerful winter garden, playing table football (kicker) and unwinding in the relaxing sauna. Sandra was quick to response our calls and polite throughout our stay. I’d definitely recommend this place.

اجمل سكن ممكن تسكن فيه على مستوى النمسا كلها ، استمتعنا بالساونا والستارة الالكترونية للنوافذ بالاضافة الى المناظر الخلابه والنوافذ الواسعه ، كل شي كان اجمل مما توقعنا وكان المطبخ مكتمل بكل الاجهزه والمعدات والسكر والشاي والقهوة ، كان كريما جدا صاحب السكن في كل شي ، يوجد غسالة ملابس وجهاز تنشيف الملابس بالاضافة الى الكثير والكثير من المعدات والاجهزه اللتي تفوق الوصف

Sehr schöne, großräumig und stilvoll. Tolles modernes Haus. Alles ist da was man braucht. Die Terrasse lädt ein draußen zu sitzen. Der Garten hinter dem Haus ist etws abgeschottet. Die Sauna funktioniert sehr gut. Bademäntel und Handtücher sind mehr als genügend da. Der Kamin hat richtig Power und glüht gut nach. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und die Bäder sind groß. Dazu ist das Bett einfach sehr bequem, selten außerhalb so gut geschlafen. Das Haus ist nur ein kleinwenig hellhörig. Ansonsten alles Top!
