Our Blue Flag TEKKE beach is a 1-minute walk away. Your #separate entrance# 1+0 room, located on the garden floor of the villa where we live, is 40 square meters. Your room has a private kitchen and bathroom. Since we only rent out the room on the garden floor of the villa, there will be no other guests besides you, and you can use the garden. There are restaurants, entertainment centers, and a marina within walking distance of our house. Alaçatı is a 15-minute drive away. Your room can accommodate a maximum of 2 people. We have free parking.

Ulamış chalet

A Chalet with a great location 20 minutes from the seaside such as Seferihisar, Sığacık, Akarca, and beach clubs (places such as Sahil Beach, Mali Beach, Akkum Beach). You can taste the famous Karakılçık ata bread and Armola Cheese baked in the stone oven of the village, and visit our village market.
