A beautiful apartment in a stunning location with incredibly friendly and informative hosts.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! Everything was clean, cozy, and just as described. Figen Abla was incredibly warm and welcoming – she made us feel right at home. We truly appreciated her kindness and hospitality. We would definitely love to come back again

Mr. Gökhan and his wife Elif are very hospitable and nice people. We felt at home. I would definitely recommend it if you want a peaceful holiday that is friendly, where you will be comfortable. Our stop is clear every year from now on 👍🏻 The compound has its own beach part. Sun loungers and umbrellas are free, this is a huge advantage you can arrive in 20 minutes on foot. Alternatively, there are different bays nearby. You can reach the center of Mordoğan in a short period of 10 minutes with your car and eat. There are also grocery stores and gas station nearby.

First of all, Ms. Fatma is a really nice host. Very friendly, tolerant, friendly, polite lady. She asked if I need anything at every turn She was very helpful. She even offered me pancakes one morning. I was very well accommodated. The house was literally spotless. It was spotless from towels to bed, wardrobe to kitchen utensils. I had no issues with check-ins and outs. Thanks to Ms. Fatma, she was flexible. Kitchen utensils are quite sufficient. Extremely quiet, calm and peaceful neighborhood. A few minutes walk to the sea. The sea is very nice. It has a spacious and immaculate feel. A few minutes by car from the center of Foça. The grocery store is also a 5-10 minute walk away. It was a great and hassle free stay for me.

Perfect location for exploring Urla Art street (5 minutes away) and the surrounding area. Quiet residential area, bright and clean flat, fully equipped with all needs and free parking. The apartment has a smart tv for some cozy Netflix nights if you want to stay in. Supermarkets, restaurants and cafes all around the corner easily reachable. There is also an airco and big terrace. Mr Ümit was super responsive, friendly and welcoming. His parents live downstairs and were very helpful and nice. We would definitely come back.

We had a magical accommodation experience! It's not just our home, but our soul that we've rested here... The house was not only comfortable, but also seemed to be built with peace. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, immaculate and presented in the best form of hospitality. The location was great; the surrounding nature, silence and energy really did us a lot of good. The description of the guests' favorite is absolutely true... We changed our holiday date and rented the house and had a very nice holiday experience. The house was completely as described and as in the photos, it was quite authentic and clean. It was a very nice house consisting of 2 spacious rooms, a living room, a toilet and a kitchen, with its own toilet and bathroom, where 2 couples could easily stay. We enjoyed the cherry liqueur our host left for us while sitting in the courtyard in the evening... Our hosts were also very hospitable, they answered all our questions quickly and with interest... Thank you very much.

Everything was very nice. A clean house, a perfect location. The most beautiful beach was 20 steps away. It was a relaxing holiday where we went everywhere on foot, which we enjoyed immensely, and we never took the car out. If we come to Foça again, we will definitely stay at Miniq Home's houses.

It's a beautiful house to stay in Foça. We were able to reach the seaside with a 2-minute walk. All kinds of amenities were available at home. I recommend it.

This is our second year staying here and we love it. Perfect for peace and quiet and right next to the sea. The accommodation has everything we need and the hosts Rena and Nikos are very friendly and helpful. The beach bar is five minutes walk if you want sun loungers and drinks and snacks, and Komi is 20 mins walk for restaurants, bars and a more vibrant beach. Would definitely recommend if you want a peaceful place to stay.

A very functional, spacious studio for two, with a pleasant balcony facing the sea. Smooth and easy communication with Angeliki, attentive and friendly. We had a pleasant stay, we recommend it.

In addition to being a house decorated with nice and quality materials, there was none in the house. There are kitchen utensils that meet all the needs and also has a garden that will have a very pleasant time, the house is also a 10-minute walk from Mimoza and Bodrum beaches.
