There are living/dinning room, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. All rooms in the house are equipped with air condition device. Recreational room located in the subterrain offers fitness equipment, sauna, billiard, table tennis etc. House is also equiped with baby crib and baby chair.

Designer apartment that we complement every year with details and offer. The view that extends from the living room, kitchen and terrace is facing the sea. Staying in the apartment is very pleasant due to the climate but also the position. It is open 365 days a year. When designing the apartment, we saw that the apartment was practical and stylish.

The room and the bathroom have recently been renovated. Please note that there is no air-conditioning; however the room is on the ground floor of the house, it is not directly exposed to sun, it has massive walls so it doesn´t get hot there. Street parking is available free of charge. There is also no possibility to barbecue. You should have a car while in Novigrad -public transport is not good!
