We had a great stay in Croatia! The apartment was clean, cozy, and just as described. The host was very friendly and helpful with local tips. Quiet area, close to the beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and come back!

We had a wonderful stay at the place. The location of the house with the sea view is great. Since it is directly on the street, you can unfortunately hear the motorcycles in the garden. But down by the sea, it is not so loud and therefore tolerable. We felt very comfortable and even saw dolphins. The equipment is great, the existing SUP is a big plus and allows you to endure very hot days by the sea. Communication was great. There is nothing to complain about and the house is absolutely worth the price. We will be happy to come back!

The perfect place for families who want to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city. A spacious, perfectly equipped house, with a large swimming pool. During the stay, the host brought fresh bread and rolls, which was super cute. I definitely recommend it and we will definitely come back! Thank you for everything :)

Lovely modern villa, great to have the pool table etc downstairs to keep the kids occupied. BBQ area is great with the outside seating as well. Spacious villa that is well maintained. It's lovely to sit out in the evening and hear absolutely nothing apart from wildlife, very peaceful surroundings. Plenty of walking and biking to be done and close to busier areas. All along the coast is beautiful with plenty of areas to get in the sea and ferrys available if you want to look around other islands in the vicinity.

Everything was top-notch! The house was just a 20-minute drive from Zadar, making it super convenient to visit the city while still enjoying peace and privacy. Communication with the host was very easy and smooth. The host was incredibly kind – she even brought us cake and really cared about making our stay great. The house itself was perfect: very spacious, lots of bathrooms, and an amazing private pool. It had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who wants to be close to the city but still enjoy privacy and comfort. I would definitely come back!

We are so happy with our stay in this Villa. Our host was easy to reach and communicate with and helped us with top tier recommendations in the area. House was perfect for a group of friends (or family) looking both to relax and hang by the pool with barbecue evenings or explore Split, Trogir or Islands as they are within easy reach by taxi/uber. We loved the homey stylish house and our host! If we could we would book another week straight away. Thank u!

We felt very comfortable with 5 people in the accommodation as described. Particularly noteworthy is the air conditioning, which allowed us to sleep at a pleasant temperature even on warm summer nights. In addition, the pool offers pleasant cooling. The property can be reached in a few minutes by car from the airport and there is a supermarket directly opposite. By car, it's about 15-20 minutes to Zadar.

We had a wonderful stay in the villa as a family of 4. The pool was clean and heated. The house was well equipped. There was a great grill available, but we didn't use it. The contact with our hosts was always friendly and accommodating. Thanks for the great time and attention on the day of arrival. Highly recommended from our side.

Tatjana and her husband are very accommodating hosts. The house was in wonderful condition and very clean. Tatjana's husband came almost every morning to clean the pool. That didn't bother us at all, because he was very respectful, friendly and you usually didn't notice him. The communication with Tatjana is really outstanding. I've never experienced anything like this before. She is helpful and has brought us fresh towels if necessary, for example, although you can also wash them in the accommodation. We didn't miss anything here and we had a relaxing time in the small village of "Sopot." We would book it again anytime.

We had an amazing week at Irena’s beautiful home. It was the perfect place to escape to, to relax and unwind, our children didn’t want to leave. The house is just as in the pictures and had everything we needed, the pool is great and the views are wonderful. Irena is a lovely host and we will definitely recommend her place to friends.

We spent 5 great days with 13 people in Ivana's house. There are 5 double rooms upstairs, 4 of which have their own directly adjacent bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The 5th double room also has its own bathroom, but you have to walk down the hall. That's okay. On the ground floor, there is another double room with a 3rd bed and another large bathroom. Kitchen is super equipped. A large dining table is directly adjacent to the kitchen. Everything was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and already covered with bed linen. There were plenty of towels. The outdoor area with pool and outdoor kitchen is incredible. We had great weather and were only outside. Ivana's house exceeded our expectations, I would vacation here again at any time. Ivana is a very friendly host who always answered all my questions within a very short time. Thanks for the great time.

Luka was super friendly & helpful. It was a warm welcome and he gave us a good introduction to the house and the surrounding area. The villa is well equipped, everything was clean. The huge garden with the pool was also ideal for a larger group. Only two of the three bedrooms are a little smaller than expected. Overall, we were very satisfied and would book the place again:)

We really enjoyed our stay at Lucija's, she was the perfect hostess! The place was very clean and well equipped, we didn't miss anything. Lucija herself was extremely friendly and helpful and responded to our messages very quickly. Upon our arrival, she even provided us with drinks and food free of charge, which of course we were very happy about. Lucija was also very flexible with regard to our departure and the handover of keys and kindly even let us stay in the accommodation longer than originally specified. We can highly recommend the place.

We had an amazing stay in this property and our hosts were amazing with everything from start to finish. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the outside space is amazing with the pool and outdoor eating options. Highly recommended.

10/10 stay, the place was just as described and shown in the photos. We enjoyed our stay a lot and will definitely aim to come back in the future. Super nice stay at Villa Luna. We didn't miss anything with a group of friends from 5 couples. The villa is very nicely equipped, was very clean and with two kitchens there is enough space for cooking. The spacious outdoor area offers many opportunities to swim, to play and to relax. Josip, the owner of the villa, was super helpful & nice and was always available for questions. Skradin beach and Krk Np are only 5 minutes drive and the sea at Šibenik is only 25 minutes away. We felt very comfortable!

Anita’s place is a beautifully kept villa and she was more than accommodating throughout our stay.

It was the most incredible stay we've ever had. My family and I had a wonderful time, enjoying both the peaceful surroundings, the beautiful house and the exceptional service from Vladimir's father. Such special, wonderful people! We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the coming years with our new family member, Mia, the bravest cat in the world from Čista Mala.

My family and I had a wonderful, unforgettable stay at this super tranquille and beautiful little Villa. The whole property was spotlessly clean, and Luka the host and his mother, made us feel very welcome. The pool was a nice size for us, if a little cold in May. Posedarje is a nice little quiet village. It was pre-season, so there wasn't much going on. But that suited us, as a quiet holiday was just what we hoped for. Zadar town was only a 30min drive in our Hire Car, for when we wanted a bit more excitement. This area of Croatia is very beautiful, with many little villages and mountains near by to explore. This super clean, little Villa is perfect for a small family. We made some great memories that we'll cherish. We hope to make a return visit someday. Thank you Luka!

Wow, wow, wow…The house is amazing. It is very tastefully decorated with attention to detail. The view of the Adriatic Sea and the mountains is insanely beautiful, and when the sun rises and colors the peaks in the most beautiful red tones, you are simply blown away. The heated pool allows you to swim extensively even in October and you sleep fantastically in the beds, so we also photographed them because we want to have them at home😊 Strategically, the location was great for our excursions. The national parks were important to us and these could be easily reached from Podgradina. The Velebit Mountains also kept the cold temperatures from the inland, so that we also had temperatures around 24 degrees at the end of October and could always have breakfast on the terrace.

A lovely house, undersold by its photos. Excellent value for money. If you're considering this for a small/medium group I wouldn't look any further, unless you value being central to Zadar. Even then, its doable. The outdoor area and ground floor are the real selling points. Abundance of seating. Marta was responsive to any queries or issues, and had some flexibility with our check in/out times to give us a little more time to get up and out. Marta's mother lives next door, and attended to the property early each morning to clean the pool, etc - which was a nice touch. ______ Only a couple of drawbacks, but none with the property directly: We had some issues with the speaker that was provided, so recommend bringing your own if you want music. (Thankfully we did just that). Taxis seem to take a long time to get to the local area, for when we wanted to go into central Zadar. Normally 20mins+ wait. Just bear this in mind. Also - bring bug spray/repellant!

Our group consisted of three adults and two children. The Hrvoje family welcomed us extraordinarily kindly and warmly. Unfortunately, the seven-day stay went way too quickly. However, a repeat next year is already scheduled. The house is ideal for families, impresses with its cleanliness and modern amenities, especially the excellently equipped kitchen. We were also impressed by the outdoor area with the first-class pool. Only a larger umbrella or an additional shade option would have been desirable for families with small children – but this is only a minimal suggestion for improvement. The villa, the pool, the location and everything provided was totally perfect. Set away from the busy tourism areas but close enough to easily get to Split, Krka national park, Trogir and the many amazing beaches. We had an absolutely brilliant time, thank you Ivana.

Our stay at SevenOlives-Haus was simply fantastic. The house is not only beautiful, but also lovingly furnished down to the smallest detail - you can immediately see how much passion is put into it. Upon arrival, we received a warm welcome and a plate of regional delicacies was waiting for us. As a special welcome gift, we even received wine and homemade elderflower syrup - a very personal and beautiful gesture. The pool is huge, super well maintained and was a daily highlight for us. Neno, the host, traveled from Split just to adjust the pool temperature for us - this is not a matter of course. We didn't miss anything at all. Everything was clean, fully equipped and in top condition. If you are looking for peace, privacy and real relaxation from everyday life, you have come to the right place. We enjoyed every minute.
