Very nice affordable place to stay - responsive kind hosts and beautiful view, super close to a cosy beach!

Thankyou so much for having me to stay! Jasmina is a brilliant host, so kind and helpful! I would recommend this to anyone coming to zadar, close to the airport and city centre. The apartment is spotless, beautifully decorated and a very comfy bed! Jasmina also helped me when I had a delayed flight so couldn’t ask for a better host, thankyou again ❤️❤️

We have been conquered by the unbelievable hospitality of this couple ! Welcomed with local treats and by a baby cat Maki, we managed to have a wonderful conversation even with little English spoken. The appartement is very nice and the surroundings are calm. That was a perfect final stop in our trip to Croatia !

The accommodation is beautiful, the view is very beautiful, the decor, the cleanliness was perfect. It's just like the photos. The supplies are quality. The air conditioning is efficient, silent. The concierge is very responsive and let us enjoy the apartment later than expected because there was no tenant after us. Just an indication that is not mentioned on the listing, the roof-top is not accessible from inside the apartment, you have to go out on the landing and go up a floor. This is not obvious when you have prepared the meal downstairs, you would need all the kitchen equipment in duplicate, to be able to cook more easily on the roof-top. The hot tub was very clean! The beach is a 2-minute walk away. The city center is 10 minutes away by car. Groups can party in the building, so it can be noisy. Bakery and restaurant 2 min walk. A bar on the beach. The littery is quality.

Absolutely amazing, great host always welcome to help and super sweet was very welcoming and showed us some places on the map that are worth visiting , the place is amazing in a amazing location with bars, restaurants, beach and shops near by the view is absolutely stunning very clean apartment with a beautiful balcony and a bbq honestly no complaints at all will definitely visit again for a longer stay !!!! A very nice penthouse with a beautiful view of the sea. Nicely decorated and comes with a very enjoyable jacuzzi and sauna. Within walking distance to the beach for swimming. Monika is an excellent host and responds very quickly if you have questions.

Beautiful apartment, ideally located between the sea and the mountains, in the charming town of Seline. The place is particularly relaxing, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The hosts are very kind and very welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable.

We had a great stay at Matija's apartment and highly recommend it. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything needed. The location was also perfect for us - it is nicely situated in a quieter, more residential area away from the tourist noise but remains close to the old town, which is around 15-20 mins pleasant, flat walk. It's also 1 min from a useful little shop, 5 mins from a range of beaches (and a nice beach bar) and less than 10 mins walk from the main bus station. Matija and his family were great hosts, too. Communication was good from the start and they go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay. This included taking time to give us directions (and shortcuts) to the places we'd want to go, helping out with booking taxis, flexible check-in/check-out and generally being warm and welcoming. We enjoyed a really good holiday and have nothing to complain about at all. Brilliant accommodation and host in lovely Zadar.

The apartment was just like in the pictures – clean, cozy and equipped with everything you need. The absolute highlight: the balcony with direct sea view – simply fantastic! The location was quiet and great for unwinding. The hosts were incredibly nice and accommodating, we felt completely comfortable from the first moment. We can only recommend the apartment!

Staying in this small villa for a few days was a great experience!The host prepared a delicious cheese platter and homemade olive oil when we arrived, and sent cherries the next day.They are very friendly and always respond to our needs in a timely manner.This is a new small villa, cleverly designed.The room is as clean and hygienic as the photos, and the bedding is very comfortable.It is worth mentioning that I enjoyed a Swedish massage from the host's daughter, and my tired body was healed and relaxed.This is definitely a unique experience!

For a family of 10 we had so much space . Lots of facilities in both parts of the villa but we generally cooked downstairs and was so homely . Beds very comfortable and home had air conditioning . Local shops and big supermarket so could eat in or go out . We had two hire cars so went to plitvice lakes which is well worth the visit and also split .

Communication with Sandra was perfect, within minutes. The host couple was very friendly. The apartment was cozy, clean and the balcony was equipped with a table and 2 chairs. Fast WiFi and storage for our rented bikes was also available. Bakery and supermarkets were in the immediate vicinity. The beach was within walking distance as well as a nice cafe, where the sunset could be celebrated. We enjoyed the 2 weeks very much.

Had a great and relaxing holiday at Seahouse Veronika. The privacy and direct sea access made for easy snorkelling and paddleboarding. Stipe and Tomislav (and Stefan - Tomislav's brother) were really helpful.

Drazen is super friendly and welcoming. He even shared freshly baked apple tarts with us, which were delicious. The home is close to the beautiful krka national park as well.

Martin's apartment is very nice and clean: it has everything you need. You can park directly in front. There are all the amenities nearby. Martin was very accommodating on check-in and check-out times, thank you! I highly recommend this listing in Zadar.

Great, small apartment in a beautiful house. Everything was exactly as described. The apartment was very clean. Check-in is very flexible and easy. Communication was great. Within 5 minutes' walking distance, there are several shops and the beach. Nearby is the Pizzeria Sime which is a must visit.

The flat was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped! It’s a bit further from the Old Town, but still within easy walking distance, and there are shops nearby for convenience. Luka was very friendly and welcoming, and his dog was absolutely lovely!

Our stay at Matea's place in Sukosan was just amazing! The place was sparkling clean and well equipped – we felt comfortable from the first moment. Especially for families with children, this place is ideal. The host family was incredibly friendly and accommodating and even shared toys for our kids which made us very happy. Supermarkets and everything you need are in the immediate vicinity, which makes the stay even more pleasant. The value for money is also outstanding. We would love to book with Matea again at any time and highly recommend this place!♥️

We very much enjoyed our stay. Hidden from busy main streets but close to everywhere, clean and with beautiful garden. Our kids loved feeding turtles in the garden and sitting in the swing ❤️

I am returning home very happy - my little vacation in Zaglav with Petra was perfect. Petra is a super sweet person who gave me helpful tips about the ferry beforehand.
