The appartment fulfilled every of our expectations. It was very clean & comfortable, there is everything you need in it. The highlight definetly is the view from the balkony. You look straight to the ocean and have the best sunsets there. In addition to that there is your own section at the Beach - although it‘s on the rocks, there are only a few more people and it’s quite. What you definetly need is a car & food. Nearby (15-20 minutes by car) there‘s only a little shop where you only get a little selection.

The owner and his people are very kind and helpful. He is living just 20 m from the accommodation. Our room had a beautiful view to the sea and harbour and to very nice Dinar mountains. I have enjoyed every morning a quite place at my balcony drinking coffee and watching this beautiful scenery and reading books. The sea is just 50 m from the house. Plage there is great with sand and good water for swimming and playing with beautiful views. It is not as over crowded as Vir. In a distance of 1-10 min you have 2 good small supermarkets, restaurants, very good ice-cream . On top of that in the garden of the accommodation is very good small but enough big swimming pool (ca 13x5 m) and nice and spacy garden which is great for kids and adults with many small details and facilities. I felt here like in a paradise because of figues, nice flowers. We have enjoyed the swimming pool with my kids and even at the evenings.

Das Appartement war sehr schön und sauber mit sehr netten Gastgebern in einer ruhigen nicht touristisch überlaufenen Gegend, die Terrasse hat ein Mega 180 grad Meer und Sonnenuntergangsblick. Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, ist aber sehr steinig, eine strandbar mit kostenlos nutzbaren liegen ist auch in der Nähe mit schönen Sonnenuntergangsblick. Es gibt am Hafen einen Sandstrand mit festen Sonnenschirmen ideal für Kinder, und ein schönes Restaurant auch mit sehr schönen Meer und Sonnenuntergangsblick und gleich daneben ist ein Burgerladen mit sehr leckeren Burgern. Ansonsten gibt’s auch in Privlaka andere tolle Attraktionen wie ein Jahrmarkt, Eisdiele und andere schöne Restaurants was aber zu Fuß ein Bisschen weiter entfernt ist ca. 10-15min Fußweg. Alles in allem kann ich’s mir gut vorstellen wieder dahin zufahren.

Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in Biograd. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus und mit den Vermieter. Das Haus ist groß genug für 6 Personen und der Pool ist auch sehr gut. Der Strand ist einfach zu Fuß erreichbar, sehr gutes Restaurant direkt um die Ecke und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar. Rundherum sehr gelungen. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Pretty nice apartament with perfect view for sea in quiet neiberhood, fully equipped house and very nice host.

A szálláshely Zatonban modern, igényesen berendezett és rendezett volt, igazán kellemes környezetben. Bár az üdülőközponttól kissé távolabb, mintegy 1,5 km-re helyezkedik el, ez számunkra nem jelentett problémát – a nyugodt környezet kárpótolt érte. Hat fő részére kifejezetten tágas és kényelmes elhelyezést biztosított. A felszereltség tekintetében ugyan lenne még némi fejlődési lehetőség – például alapvető tisztítószerek vagy néhány konyhai alapkellék hasznos lett volna –, de összességében nagyon elégedettek voltunk. A kommunikáció gyors, gördülékeny és segítőkész volt. Szívesen ajánljuk másoknak is!

Super nett Gastgeberin. Toller Pool . Gerne wieder 👍 für schlechte Autofahrer sind die Parkplätze etwas eng . Das ist aber der einzige Nachteil. Dafür hat man eine super zentrale und ruhige Lage .

Our stay Villa Šimun was fantastic. It's a stunning Villa in a peaceful and beautiful location, the perfect place for a relaxing holiday. The property itself is still very new, so everything was very clean and well presented. Lots of clean, fresh towels and bed linen. Both kitchens are very well equipped with a good selection ion pots, pans utensils and so on. The pool was the perfect temperature for cooling off from the hot sun and the sunbeds and chairs offered a great place to sit and enjoy the views. However, I would recommend some non slip shoes for the pool area if staying with very young children. The Villa is located a short walk up the hill from the peacefu town of Zaton, where we found everything we needed, restaurant, supermarket etc. A car is recommended if you wish to explore further. The communication from the owner, regarding our arrival was perfect and so was the assistance during our stay. I highly recommend Villa Šimun and we would love to stay again in the future.
