Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Lidija! Sie war unglaublich hilfsbereit, hat super schnell auf alle Fragen geantwortet und sich regelmäßig erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist – wirklich ein hervorragender Gastgeber-Service. Das Haus selbst war perfekt ausgestattet: eine voll eingerichtete Küche, Fahrräder, ein Federball-Set, ein Pool und sogar ein Whirlpool – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt: Das WLAN in der oberen Etage war etwas schwach. Im Erdgeschoss und draußen hingegen lief es einwandfrei mit bis zu 250 Mbit – also absolut ausreichend. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank, Lidija!

We had a great stay. The location is wonderful. Situated on a hill with a great view of the valley towards the sea. The hosts were very friendly and always easy to reach. The house has everything you need. The pool was cleaned every morning. Highly recommended! Thank you :-)

Everything was top-notch! The house was just a 20-minute drive from Zadar, making it super convenient to visit the city while still enjoying peace and privacy. Communication with the host was very easy and smooth. The host was incredibly kind – she even brought us cake and really cared about making our stay great. The house itself was perfect: very spacious, lots of bathrooms, and an amazing private pool. It had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who wants to be close to the city but still enjoy privacy and comfort. I would definitely come back!

Wir haben 11 Tage zu siebt + Kleinkind und Hund in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft verbracht. Es war einfach wunderbar und wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit. Der Zufahrtsweg von beiden Seiten zum Haus ist ein wenig eng, aber wir haben es auch mit Wohnmobil geschafft. Lana ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin. Sie hat wirklich IMMER so schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert und war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Danke für diese schöne Zeit 😊

We stayed at Helena’s for a month with our adult children and two grandchildren. It was absolutely perfect. Plenty of indoor and outdoor dining chairs. The loungers could be in the sun or shade and the garden was immaculate. We walked to Malinska everyday and to the neighboring villages. The bikes were great and we enjoyed all of the bike routes, especially 411. A perfect place for anyone who loves the outdoors.

This home was perfect for our family of 5, it was spacious and very clean! The pool was a wonderful bonus that our kids enjoyed very much. Antonio is a fantastic host; very responsive and helpful all hours of the day. There was a bit of construction around the home during the day but most of the time we were away so it wasn’t too bad. The house is on the outskirts of town with a large market only 5 minutes away and very easy to drive into the city center. Overall we were very happy with the home and our host and would recommend this place to anyone visiting Zadar!

Wir waren eine Woche mit 7 Erwachsenen, 1 Baby und 2 Hunden in der Villa. Der Check in erfolgte problemlos. Ich habe den Gastgeber ca. 1 Stunde vor Ankunft angerufen. Babybett und Babystuhl standen gleich parat. Die Villa war sehr sauber und es fehlte nichts. Der Ort Klimno ist sehr ruhig. Es gibt ein paar Restaurants und einen Supermarkt in der Nähe - kann man zu Fuß erreichen. Auch ein kleiner Strandabschnitt ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der nächste große Markt ist ca. 25 Min entfernt (Lidl). Das Gelände der Unterkunft ist nicht komplett eingezäunt, d.h. Hunde könnten ausbüchsen. P.S. In den Kopfkissen sind zwei Kissen drin 😉

We had a great stay in Croatia! The apartment was clean, cozy, and just as described. The host was very friendly and helpful with local tips. Quiet area, close to the beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and come back!

Me and my two sisters took our families for a week. It was great that we could all have our own apartments but at the same time there was fantastic communal space. The whole property is secure and enclosed which is a must when you have children. Ida’s son gave us a map and marked off beaches and restaurants for us. You are able to order taxis via the Uber app and it only cost €4-6 to get to Zadar old town.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt auf der Insel Rab. Das Haus liegt nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt – die perfekte Lage für einen entspannten Badeurlaub. Besonders angenehm war, dass es keine direkten Nachbarn gab, sodass wir unsere Zeit völlig ungestört genießen konnten. Das Haus war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder! Absolute Empfehlung!

Luka war super freundlich & hilfsbereit. Es war eine herzliche Begrüßung und er hat uns eine gute Einweisung zum Haus und der Umgebung gegeben. Die Villa ist bestens ausgestattet, alles war sauber. Auch der riesige Garten mit dem Pool war optimal für eine größere Gruppe. Nur zwei der drei Schlafzimmer sind etwas kleiner als erwartet. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen:)

We had a fantastic stay at the property. Everything was thoughtfully arranged and very well organized. Our group of 11, including 5 kids, had plenty to enjoy—there was something for everyone. The spacious common areas made it easy for us to gather and spend quality time together. The property was impeccably maintained and matched the description perfectly. Josipa was an outstanding host—very responsive and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place!

Communication, check in and everything was good. The place itself is amazing. Everything’s new and the outdoor area is beautiful. We had so much fun!

Lovely modern villa, great to have the pool table etc downstairs to keep the kids occupied. BBQ area is great with the outside seating as well. Spacious villa that is well maintained. It's lovely to sit out in the evening and hear absolutely nothing apart from wildlife, very peaceful surroundings. Plenty of walking and biking to be done and close to busier areas. All along the coast is beautiful with plenty of areas to get in the sea and ferrys available if you want to look around other islands in the vicinity.

Wir waren äußerst zufrieden mit der Unterkunft von Ivan. Moderne Einrichtung und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Der Pool und das gesamte Grundstück sind groß und sehr gepflegt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzliche Menschen und immer erreichbar. ☺️

Ein sehr schönes Haus, alles sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Pool war herrlich angenehm und wir haben es sehr genossen. Iva ist eine super Gastgeberin, welche sich um unser Wohl gekümmert hat, nochmals vielen Dank für die leckeren Kirschen 🍒. Wir können die Unterkunft von Iva sehr empfehlen.

Lors d'un road trip moto depuis la France, nous avons séjourné 2 nuits dans la maison d'Ivan. Nous avons vraiment apprécié le logement qui est très agréable, décorer avec beaucoup de goût et très propre. Ivan est un hôte très accueillant. Wir haben die Unterkunft mit 10 Personen für den Sommerurlaub angemietet. Von der Anreise an war alles perfekt. Die Organisation durch den Gastgeber, die Sauberkeit, die Ausstattung und die Lage des Hauses! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Eine klare Empfehlung!

Das Häuschen ist so, wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Sehr gemütlich und perfekt für einen Urlaub. Das Grundstück ist riesig und bietet einen schönen Ausblick auf die Natur. Man ist ungestört und gelangt von dort mit dem Auto innerhalb von Max. 30 Minuten nach Zadar. Andrea war per immer schnell zu erreichen und sehr gastfreundlich. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Einfach empfehlenswert!! ☺️

Nika und Primož sind grossartige Gastgeber! Sie haben uns persönlich empfangen, uns das ganze Haus gezeigt und uns sogar mit Snacks und Willkommensgetränken überrascht – eine sehr nette Geste. Das Haus ist ein wahres Paradies: modern, gemütlich und mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick. Ein besonderes Highlight für uns war der beheizte Pool, der es unserem Kleinen ermöglicht hat, das Wasser in vollen Zügen zu geniessen. Vielen herzlichen Dank für alles, Nika und Primož! Wir empfehlen die Villa Solares auf jeden Fall weiter.

Nemůžeme hodnotit jinak, než 5 hvězdičkami. Ubytování ve Vile Lella bylo skvělé. Čisté pokoje, toalety, útulný obývací pokoj s jídelnou, plně vybavená kuchyň, ocenili jsme i perfektní kavovar a také pěkný výhled. Prostředí ve vile bylo klidné a hostitelé velmi milí a ochotní. Z pobytu máme jen pěkné dojmy a všem pobyt zde vřele doporučujeme. Ještě jednou moc děkujeme.

Very beautiful house with an even more beautiful pool! We will definitely come back next year!
